Police investigating a suspected arson outside Alnwick police station have arrested 5 people. Concern surrounding synthetic drug use across the North East. And finally a campaign has been launched to rescue The Cullercoats landmark Watch House.

00:11 Two vehicles outside the station were reportedly set on fire.
00:15 Three males were arrested on suspicion of arson and another man and a woman were arrested
00:20 on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and all have now been released on bail.
00:26 There are concerns surrounding synthetic drugs across the North East.
00:30 Newcastle City Council's Public Safety Team said they are seeing synthetic drugs being
00:34 introduced into the market, which is said to be a public health concern.
00:40 And finally, a campaign has been launched to rescue the Colour Courts Watch House.
00:44 The Watch House's trustees are hoping to receive more funding so restoration work can be done
00:49 on the historic building.
