00:21 And obviously, there is a one day, which we call cheat day.
00:24 It should be a balanced protein diet,
00:27 how much we require in a day, so that it's calculated
00:31 grams of protein we need, controlled amount of carbs,
00:36 and limited amount of fats.
00:38 It should be a proportionate diet.
00:40 We work a lot.
00:41 Then later, we have to do fitness also.
00:43 For the recovery, we need most part of protein.
00:47 At the same time, we use less fat food.

01:02 So we calculated on different apps on phone.
01:05 And what we're eating, we look at that very particularly
01:09 and very clearly.
01:11 I'd say that according to nutrition,
01:13 I think nutrition is a part of your lifestyle.
01:16 It's not something you follow.
01:18 But then it becomes a lifestyle.
01:20 What I eat the entire time, since I've
01:23 been looking for it for years now, it's a part of me.
01:26 So there's no particular thing, a map to it,
01:30 what I need to follow for particularly Olympics.
01:34 I guess the day my competition will end,
01:35 I might have a cheat day extra.
01:38 But then not more than that.
