00:00 You've had a really good season. How do you feel this one?
00:04 Pretty good actually, I've never expected to kick this many goals in a year. My highest was 65,
00:11 I think it was 20, 21, under 14s. I've always been a main forward, I'm a runner, I like to
00:17 win everything. I've kicked nearly 400 for my whole career, I've kicked 89 for this season so
00:23 far, two games to go. I'm trying to get to 100, 11. People believe me that I can do it so I'll be
00:30 maybe one of the first people to kick 100 in this club, I'll be the second person.
00:33 You're best before this was 60, now you're nearing 100. What's changed this season,
00:39 is it the team around you or are you stepping up the game?
00:41 I would say both, I step up the game, I've put more of a role model now, next year hopefully
00:47 just to play seniors. I was probably more scared what to do when I was younger, but now I've gone,
00:55 oh yeah I can do this, so it's just gotten a lot easier. I know how to play the game now,
01:02 so people always look for me in the forward.
01:05 Obviously all clubs, especially us in the juniors, struggled for numbers, so we just kind of tried to
01:15 have Auston's the older one down there and build the base around him, and the same in the back line,
01:19 a few of our older ones are in the midfield too. So he is the main target, but he also brings in
01:23 his teammates into it and lets them all have a fair share and fair crack at it, which is,
01:29 for someone that's kicked so many goals, you'd think he's been hogging the ball all year, but
01:31 yeah he does a great job of sharing and yeah, just a really good team player, he gets the rewards then.
