Transcript
00:00Ahead of this summer, we've come up to Broom to catch up with the newest member of the
00:04Horsham Cricket Association.
00:05Yeah, we're all excited, keen to go, start again.
00:09Yeah, very, very excited.
00:10Yeah, and obviously a fair bit going on in the last little while.
00:15What was that attraction to come down to the Horsham Cricket Association?
00:18Yeah, well two-day cricket's a big, big draw.
00:22We've got a few players that are based in Horsham that we're hoping to get back that
00:27haven't played for a few years, so that lure was there.
00:30Yeah, just trying to get the extra numbers around, but two-day cricket's the main thing.
00:34Yeah, so I think there's a few players that will stand out this year.
00:39Charlie Dean's one with the ball.
00:42He's standing here right next to me, listening to everything I say.
00:46So I think he's the fittest he's been for a while, and I think that'll be really good
00:51to see him coming into his straps in two-day cricket.
00:54Kobe McGregor's another one, a young fast bowler who's up and coming, 17-year-old.
00:59It'll be nice to see him have another full season of A-grade under his belt, and just
01:04learn that little bit more from the older players.
01:07Yeah, it'll be good to see those two especially, I think, coming up in this next little bit.
