00:04 It's a Nikai restaurant which specializes in Japanese Peruvian cuisine.
00:09 We were treated to delicious starters including the Seabass Ceviche and the Hamachi Tiradito,
00:15 which blends Japanese sashimi with Peruvian cuisine.
00:19 Next up was the mouth-watering Volcano Maki. Mmm!
00:24 We also enjoyed the decadent Ox Cheek with using potato puree and a platter of chicken teriyaki.
00:31 And a visit to Bamboo Mat isn't complete without trying one of their cocktails.
