Moc Chau is very popular for their massive green tea plantations. In my last day in Moc Chau, I got the chance to learn how to make Matcha powder (Green tea powder). The tea leaves need to be picked by hands; the leaves shouldn't be too young or too old. It should be in the middle of the tree. The leaves then dried and ground to powder. I used the powder to make Matcha pancake for breakfast that morning and enjoyed it in a unique location. Such an incredible experience.
