00:00Now with the final tally, now released by the National Board of Canvassers, a new chapter in the Philippine political landscape is about to unfold

00:09as the Commission on Elections prepares to proclaim tomorrow the official winners of the senatorial race and party list groups.

00:17PTV's Luisa Irispe takes a closer look at the faces and returning names that make up the country's new Magic 12,

00:25the top candidates who will soon take their seats in the Senate.

00:30The proclamation for the winning senators for the 2025 midterm elections is now all set for tomorrow.

00:39This after the National Board of Canvassers released the National Certificate of Canvas,

00:43which contains the final count in tally of those included in the top 12.

00:48Ranked first is Senator Christopher Bongo with 27,121,073.

00:54Second is Bam Aquino with 20,971,899.

01:01Third is Ronald Bato de la Rosa with 20,773,946.

01:07Ranking fourth is Erwin Tulfo with 17,118,881.

01:14And fifth is Kiko Pangilinan with 15,343,229.

01:20Next on the list is Rodante Marcoleta with 15,250,723 votes.

01:27Ping Lakson with 15,106,111 votes.

01:32Vicente Soto who obtained 14,832,996 votes.

01:38Pia Cayetano with 14,573,430 votes.

01:43And Camille Villar with 13,651,274.

01:47Eleventh place is Lito Lapid with 13,394,102 votes.

01:54And Aimee Marcus is on the twelfth place with 13,339,227.

02:00The proclamation tomorrow will be held at around 3 in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, 10th City.

02:06We were informed, they will recommend to proclaim the 12 winning senatorial candidates basis sa ranking kahapon.

02:14And we will have to have the proclamation by 3 o'clock tomorrow.

02:18Aside from senators, the Camille Lac also released the list of top-ranking party list organizations which garnered votes last elections.

02:26First is Acbayan party list with 6,63%.

02:30Second is Duterte Youth with 5,57%.

02:34Tingog which acquired 4,34%.

02:37Four Peace with 3,50%.

02:40AXCIS with 2,96%.

02:43And Acobicol party list with 2,56%.

02:46Other party list with a high estimate of votes but did not achieve 2% from the total voter turnout are Usuag Ilonggo, Solid North, Trabaho, Sibak, Malasakit at Bayanihan and others.

02:59Camille Lac will still resolve issues within the party list like the number of seats.

03:03But their target is to proclaim winners on Monday.

03:06Kina-kailangan namin pag-usapan paano i-allocate yung lahat ng 63 seats or 64 seats as the case may be.

03:14Sino entitled sa 3 seats? Sino entitled sa 2 seats? Sino entitled sa 1 seat lang ng mga party list?

03:21And therefore, ibabase natin yan sa existing decision ng Supreme Court sa kaso ng Banat versus the Commissioner Election.

03:29We will always be consistent. We will always be following the decision of the Supreme Court.

03:35Diyon po yung gusto natin ipahayag, lalo na po doon sa mga party list na nagihintay ng pronouncement ng Commissioner Elections.

03:42Meanwhile, this year's election reached 82.2% voter turnout, the highest in the history of midterm elections in the country.

03:50Almost 17.8 lang ang hindi nakaboto ng mga kababayan natin.

03:5657 million more or less ang bumoto ng mga kababayan natin.

03:59Talaga naman po history. Talaga naman po naguumapo ang kaligayahan ng COMELEC sa pinakita ng mga kababayan natin.
