01:04So para affordable and then we're moving into yung lalo na yung mga middle class yan, yung mga 5,000 to 10,000 yung bill.

01:18Yes po, marami na po kami mga doctor, attorney na mga naga zero.

01:29Ano pa ba yung ibang mga challenges na nakikita mo na kapag ginawa nila itong klaseng negosyo na ito?

01:41Kailangan knowledgeable ka talaga?
01:43So dapat may basics ka rin dun sa construction business kasi aakyat ka sa mga bubong.
01:49So kailangan alam mo yung mga types ng roof kasi it would cause leak.

01:54So yan, dapat medyo may alam ka rin sa construction.
01:56Hindi lang basta dun sa pure electrical.
01:58So if you enter this business, would you ROI po ba agad pag sa mga ganitong klaseng investment businesses?

02:55Sa amin po, nag-negosyo kami to, siyempre, para ma-free up din kami dun sa mga financial obligations.

03:03So kung magnenegosyo tayo, kailangan lang maging maayos din yung pagpapatakbo natin para hindi rin, hindi rin, hindi rin si lahat na negosyo nagsasaksin.

03:14Huwag mong hayaan na ang ideas mo ay manatili lamang na ideya.
