Transcript
00:00The leadership of the PAP has actually not changed.
00:13Actually, it's their recycling.
00:16You know, when you watch the people that is entering into the political arena from the PAP,
00:23you get a bit worried because they're either several servants, army boys, or like government agencies.
00:36They're always from the same field.
00:40Then you know what is going to happen.
00:44You think one way.
00:47But we will think many ways.
00:53This is what we call group thinking.
00:59And group thinking is very dangerous.
01:03Because we all comply.
01:05We want to please everyone.
01:08But here, amongst us, they know they can challenge me although I'm the leader.
01:14But that is good.
01:15Because if a leader is afraid to be challenged, all ideas stay.
01:21Never expand.
01:23Because of fear that the leader will either kick him out or do something else.
01:29But we cannot allow that to happen.
01:35So this is what we doctors call inbreeding.
01:38You know what's inbreeding?
01:41It's not good for our country.
01:43But it seems to not be able to find the right people to fit the role as minister.
02:13It's not good for our country.
02:14You
