00:00There has, so we've just had a refurb that was over a million and a half, so within that we've added three karaoke rooms, three escape rooms provided by Houdini's, we've added two interactive darts, brand new arcade, new lane lighting, new ball returns, new sound system, new pool tables, a brand new bar which you can see just beside me, a whole new food offering from the kitchen, so it's been quite extensive.
00:20Is it very different to how it was before, from what people would have remembered it?
00:24Very different, so 10 pin Leeds previously would have been quite old, quite, you'd say vintage now I suppose really, a lot of dark wood, sort of upholstered seat and things that we're now, it's a lot more contemporary, a lot more modern, probably fitting within Leeds, so you've got some of the industrial steel work around the sides, the open voids, the beams, the dark colours with the bright LEDs contrasting, so it looks a lot better now.
00:50It's quite an investment for the city really.
00:52Massive.
00:53Another plus on the city scene really as well.
00:57Absolutely, I mean 10 pin, they're just growing year on year, obviously the new owners, a couple of years back now, we're over nearly 60 sites and expanding, and for the city centre, I mean we're right in the student quarter, so I mean there's a new client base every September and then obviously you get all the locals coming in, you just get that constant freshness and that excitement, obviously we're opposite the arena.
01:20It is, so we're situated in the middle of the student quarter, and as I said previously we're under the Marion Centre, we're opposite the arena, we've got loads of new student accommodation just being built up and around us.
01:28So obviously every September we get a whole new intake of customers and clients and guests, and then obviously they bring their friends and their friends bring their friends and those that come visit the city, plus then those that already reside here, the locals.
01:40So it's quite exciting, and because Leeds is an ever-changing city, some would say it's up there with the Manchesters and the Newcastles almost now, so there's that buzz all the time, and obviously with Ellyn Road being so close and Headley Stadium and whatever else comes with that, it's a good time to be publicising ourselves as being here, being ready, having this new relaunch and having this new look.
