Smoke seen rising after loud explosion from Udhampur’s Dibber area, air sirens played out

Jammu and Kashmir, May 10 2025 (ANI):  Continuous loud explosions being heard in the Poonch, Rajouri, Akhnoor and Udhampur area of Jammu and Kashmir. Houses and property have been damaged in Rajouri region after a continuous series of explosions. Smoke was seen rising after a loud explosion from Dibber area of Udhampur. Air Sirens blare out in all the drone hit regions to prevent civilian casualties from Pakistani drone attacks. Indian Armed Forces are on high alert. All aerial threats are being tracked and engaged using counter-drone systems. Defence sources said the situation is under close and constant watch, and prompt action is being taken wherever necessary. As a safety measure, a blackout has been imposed in border villages of Jammu and Kashmir with air raid sirens blaring out as and when necessary.
