This pan-fried tofu recipe is as good, if not better, than what you’d get from a takeout restaurant. In this video, Chloe shows you how to make an easy weeknight dinner with these sticky orange tofu bites. The orange sauce and tofu bites come together in one pan, which cuts down on cleanup afterwards. Serve the tofu over rice as a satisfying main course or as individual bites for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

00:00I woke up today wanting takeout, so this is what I made instead of ordering in.
00:04Orange chicken was my go-to order from the food court as a kid,
00:07and these tofu bites are an easier version that I can make at home.
00:10Tossing the tofu in seasonings and cornstarch and then pan frying is way less mess than deep frying,
00:15and you make the sauce straight in the same pan after.
00:17When I was a kid, I definitely didn't realize that there was actual orange in that sauce,
00:21and let's be real, maybe there wasn't.
00:23It just tasted sweet to me, but the fresh orange in these gives it a whole new layer of flavor
00:27that I definitely appreciate more as an adult.
00:29These are surprisingly easy for a fried tofu,
00:32and they remind me of that mall food court staple in only the best ways.
00:35I'm excited.
00:38Oh, it's got a little kick.
00:39They're delicious.
