00:00First of all, I would like to compliment the Indian Air Force
00:03and the integrated anti-missile theater defense system
00:09which they have put in place.
00:11That the attacks which were launched by Pakistan
00:15in the entire northwestern theater,
00:20they were successfully neutralized.
00:22The Indian Air Force and the people who manned
00:26these anti-missile systems deserve our highest compliments.
00:32Number two, Pakistan is clearly escalating
00:35and they are trying to brazen it out.
00:40So therefore, rather than learning a lesson
00:43that the sponsorship of terror will not go unpunished
00:47and there will be a punitive and coercive response,
00:50they want to brazen it out.
00:53And so therefore, if that is the trajectory they have adopted
00:55obviously it will have to be met in the same coin
01:00and that's precisely what is happening.
01:02It is in Pakistan's interest to realize
01:05that eventually terror as an instrument of state policy
01:09has an expiry date
01:12and Pakistan is well beyond that expiry date.
01:16its own internal social cohesion is in a complete mess.
01:23The economy of Pakistan is down a rat hole
01:27and therefore under those circumstances
01:30if it continues down this path
01:32then it is only going down
01:36the inevitable trail of its own destruction.
01:41But how do you see
01:42on the international community
01:44the J.D. and the vice president of the United States
01:47is saying that
01:47what only they can do
01:50is to tell both the countries
01:52to de-escalate
01:53because they can't do anything more than that
01:57and how do you see this statement
02:00in regard to our country?
02:02See, the India-Pakistan dynamic
02:05is a bilateral dynamic.
02:07That is what the similar agreement says.
02:10India has never accepted third-party mediation.
02:13India will never accept third-party mediation.
02:16What India will and should accept
02:18is that Pakistan first and foremost
02:21needs to ensure
02:24that its soil is not used
02:27for exporting terror.
02:28That's a commitment
02:29which General Musharraf had given
02:31way back in January 2004
02:33when Mr. Vajpayee had gone to Islamabad
02:37that Pakistan will not allow its soil
02:43to be used for the sponsorship of terror.
02:45But Pakistan has never honoured that commitment.
02:48So, Pakistan has to secede
02:53from exporting terror.
02:57They have to dismantle
02:58the terror infrastructure,
03:00the semi-state actors' network
03:04which they have spawned.
03:05And number two,
03:06they need to hand over
03:07all those terrorists to India
03:08who have been indicted
03:10in terrorist activities
03:12and who need to be brought to justice.
03:14So, Pakistan,
03:33I'm going to be with you.
03:36I'm going to be with you.
