00:00Message is, for me, trying to bridge some gaps with the mainstream in your community.
00:09The current climate, it's division, division, division, hate and division, arguments,
00:16and if I can just help my own community's lives on a day-to-day basis from, you know,
00:23just speaking there and I can relate to them and give them a bit of solace. Similarly, if somebody
00:28there is maybe was quite homophobic in the past, because judging by the room there's looked to be
00:34quite an array of different mix of people, so if I can help them be extra mindful and
00:40no reason to win them over, just be like, I've heard this story, that makes a lot of sense,
00:44I need to watch what I'm saying, because I could be hurting someone. And I feel like if that makes
00:49them a better person and more supportive of the cause then, it's a win-win. But as I always say,
00:53if I can help that one person struggling, if one person today comes to that event,
00:57if it's struggling, that means the absolute world to me, because I know first-hand who tough it is.
