00:05for the long run and inspiration for the Pinoy batters.

00:09If you can see it, it's a teammate, Bernadette Pinoy.

00:14In the Baybrook League Philippines in 2025,

00:19a couple of people are going to be able to win the championship title in the year.

00:25Gaya na lang ng Morale Dogs na pinamunuan ng baseball star na si Trey Sampo.

00:30Mula sa Estados Unidos, inikot ni Trey ang ilang pampublikong paaralan

00:35upang makadiskubre ng mga kabataang may potensyal sa sport na baseball.

00:39Ilan kasi sa advokasiyan ni Trey ang mabigyan ng sapat at pantay na oportunidad ng mga kabataan

00:44sa larangan ng palakasan.

00:45Not a lot of them will normally have the opportunity to get a platform like this,

00:50to play on a field like this, or to play in front of college coaches.

00:53Because if their team is not very good in their high school,

00:57they're not really going to get looked at by college coaches.

01:00Which is a problem I think here in the Philippines is that

01:02if your team is not good but you have one good player on that team,

01:05they're not really going to get looked at.

01:06Our strategy is to win and destroy every other team.

01:10So I know these kids, they're very tough.

01:12They're Tondo kids so they can do anything.

01:14Yeah, so I believe in them.

01:16Sa bawat pagpalo, pagdapa, at pagtakbo ng mga atleta,

01:21positibo si Trey sa kakayahan ng kanyang mga players at tulong ng coaching staffs.

01:26Ito rin kasi ang unang beses yung nakapag-coach ang Liga Baseball Philippines Best Hitter,

01:30kaya naman maging siya yung natututo sa kanyang mga atleta.

01:33I've only been doing this for like three months, so I'm still learning.

01:37Yeah, still learning the process, still figuring out the best way to discipline them, to teach them.

01:42But the good thing is I have national team teammates that are helping me do this,

01:46so they're a lot more experienced in coaching than I am.

01:49So they're mentoring me and helping me out.

01:50And then also the national team coaching staff is there for me to support.

01:54So the entire national team and the coaches, they're aware of what's going on with this team,

01:58which is good because I want as many people to know about these players as possible.

02:02Very good, Pinoy, para sa atletang Pilipino, para sa Bagong Pilipinas.
