02:50Good morning. Salamu alaikum to everyone who are watching.
02:54Salamu alaikum.
02:55Alright, napanood po natin na after 8 years,
03:05Give us more details about this.
03:07Kamusta po ang Marawi ngayon after 8 years, matapos nga po yung Marawi station?
03:12Well, after 8 years, na-build na yung mga main government facilities, no?
03:17Like the roads, the schools, and of course the mosques.
03:24Kasi malaking destruction yung mosques e, dun sa most affected area.
03:28So, na-rebuild na siya.
03:30But ang challenge right now is, are the houses, the rebuilding of the houses.
03:34Ako, for instance, I'm an IDP.
03:35I'm waiting for my house to be rebuilt.
03:38I'm waiting for compensation from the government.
03:41Alright. Now, tourists are welcomed here already, right?
03:43Yes, they are. Yes.
03:44Okay, now let's go to the PTV Marawi.
03:57Definitely.
03:58This is a milestone.
04:00It's a new platform for us to air our voices, our stories.
04:05So, at least, malalaman na, you know, Lanao del Sur is a beautiful province.
04:09We have hidden gems.
04:11You will see the beauty of our culture.
04:15Yan, mapo-promote through PTV Marawi City.
04:18Yes, PTV Marawi.
04:20And magkakaroon tayo ng timely government information.
04:26Before kasi wala, no?
04:27So, ngayon, at least may chance na na marinig kami, tayo, ng gobyerno, here from the communities.
04:42Now, how do you envision, ano, yung pag-utilize po dito sa PTV Marawi Regional Center?
04:53Well, sa amin, sa provincial government of Lanao del Sur, we will be given a time slot weekly where we can air out our information on our government assistance, government programs.
05:08And at the same time, we will have a tourism TV program for that.
05:14And then, we are also inviting other government agencies to have their own program with the PTV Marawi.
05:23At saka ba, may mga interesado rin also, ano, for mga job opportunities that they can advance?
05:29Job opportunities, yes.
05:30And it's good because our MASCOM students, we have the Mindanao State University and it's offering MASCOM.
05:36So now, the graduates can have the opportunity to train, to be trained here.
05:49Everybody is so happy. Everybody is parang na-amaze sila na nagkaroon for the first time ng TV station that, you know, will be broadcasting nationwide, no?
06:00Tapos, they're congratulating us na, at long last, meron tayong ganyan. It speaks of transparency kasi, eh.
06:08So, nagiging transparent ang local government of Lano del Sur when it comes to, you know, kasi transparency to.
06:15Talking about, how will this be of help, ano, in terms of information dissemination?
06:21Tangkol po sa mga, kailangan malaman ng mga taga-Lano del Sur.
06:24Makaka-counter ang fake news. Makaka-counter. And then we will be able to give lively, timely and lively and correct information across, nationwide.
06:35Kasi, you know, during the Marawi siege, Diane, may story na kami daw, ang provincial government, our governor, started the war.
06:44And that was so crazy because we were the ones who were the frontliners during the Marawi siege.
Kasi, timely na to, timely information, we expect timely information and accurate.
06:59Now, also, this is a platform, ano, para mas malaman ng karamihan ng ating mga viewers, ano, yung tungkol din sa makulay na kultura ng Lano del Sur.
07:07So, give us a glimpse, ano, how colorful the culture of Lano del Sur.
07:17You've seen, I'm sure, no, yung mga clothes namin, very colorful, very vibrant ang colors.
07:26And then, yung tourist spots namin talaga, these are hidden gems. They should be seen.
07:32We have our own beach, very beautiful, very nice sand that's in Pekong.
07:37And then, we have yung mga old houses that have been preserved, traditional houses.
07:42And then, we have mga beautiful, ano namin, decors and other cultural products.
07:48Maganda ang Lano del Sur.
07:50And for the first time, siguro, makikita nyo na it's not a province na magulo.
07:56No, we're relatively peaceful. It's relatively peaceful here.
08:09So, tell us a little story about that.
08:11Ang ground zero, yun nga, it started May 2017, di ba?
08:16And then, the war ended October 2017.
08:20Five months yan.
08:21We were here in the provincial capital.
08:23The provincial government of Lano del Sur was the frontliner in providing humanitarian services to our, to the IDPs.
08:34So, si Governor Adyong talaga yung nag-frontline yan.
08:38And then, right now, we're waiting for compensation.
08:51Yun, our house, my house.
09:01Yes.
09:01Tapos, alam mo, ang maranao, very resilient yan.
09:04Those who couldn't wait for the compensation from the government,
09:08they started rebuilding their houses on their own.
09:11So, yun.
09:11But, of course, we're still waiting.
09:12Okay.
09:13And for those who are interested, ano, to go here and visit,
09:17not only Marawi, but different places here in Lanao del Sur,
09:20ano po yung mensahe niya po sa kanila?
09:23Well, it's time that our voices will be heard.
09:26This is a new platform for us.
09:29It's a venue, ang PTV Marawi, para makita ang beauty of Lanao del Sur.
09:33So, for those who want to tour Lanao del Sur,
09:37you can just contact our provincial tourism office.
09:39And you will see how beautiful our province is.
10:07to probably have their internship here, ano?
10:10Actually, may dalawang office na na-interested na magkaroon ng TV show here.
10:14Oh, okay.
10:15So, yun.
10:16Ayun ang maganda kasi through that, ano,
10:31kay President BBM Bongbong Marcos,
10:33for this facility,
10:37for expressing his support.
10:41And I'm sure one day he will visit the area.
10:43Ayan.
10:44Well, sukuran, Ma'am Jenny.
10:45Maraming pong salamat.
10:46Maraming pong salamat.
10:56Muli maraming salamat po, Ms. Salma Jane A. Tamano.
