00:23An architect's statement to the council said,
00:25Through the provision of a new MRI and CT unit,
00:29the capacity for Walton's radiology facilities would be increased,
00:32shortening referral times for treatment
00:34and improving both patient and staff well-being.
00:40Detectives have arrested two suspects
00:42after a man was stabbed to death inside a bank in Derbyshire.
00:45The man, who was a customer, was stabbed inside the Lloyds Bank
00:48in St Peter's Street, Derby, at around 2.35pm yesterday.
00:52Aged in his 30s, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
00:56Whilst formal identification has not yet taken place,
00:58his family have been made aware.
01:01Two men have been arrested
01:02and police say they are treating it as an isolated incident.
01:05However, detectives are appealing for anyone with information about the incident
01:09to contact Derbyshire Police.
