Jodhpur (Rajasthan), May 06, 2025 (ANI): District Collector of Jodhpur Gaurav Agarwal stressed that “mock drill was not meant to cause panic but to ensure readiness for emergencies like attacks.”He said that “people during the mock drills will be informed about the potential attacks.” He further informed that activities would include “air raid siren tests, evacuation drills, civil defence training for civilians, activation of communication links with the Air Force, and more. “The Ministry of Home Affairs has initiated a large-scale civil defence mock drill scheduled for May 7 as tensions intensified between India-Pakistan after Pahalgam terror attack .
