00:36Now, you have an incompetent, grossly incompetent
00:39governor that allowed that to happen.
00:41So I'm not just blaming other nations, but other nations,
00:44a lot of them, have stolen our movie industry.
00:47And I'm saying, if they're not willing to make a movie
00:50inside the United States, then we should have a tariff
00:54on movies that come in.
00:56And not only that, governments are actually
00:58giving big money.
00:59I mean, they're supporting them financially.
01:01So that's sort of a threat to our country, in a sense.
01:04And it's been a very popular thing.
01:08I can tell you one thing.
01:09Movie makers love it.
