00:30This is not just about rusty rods or half-built walls. It is about the future of entire generations. Each paralyzed project is a broken promise, a denied right, and a symbol of the disregard for Dominican children.
00:48In provinces such as Duarte, La Vega, Azua, Santo Domingo, and Espaya, these school skeletons multiply, surrounded by weeds and neglect, while official speeches speak of educational quality and large investments.
01:03How can we talk about decent education if what has been started is not finished? How can it be explained that by 2025, 250 new schools are announced without having completed the more than 400 abandoned ones?
01:16The School Infrastructure Department and the Ministry of Education must assume responsibility and set an immediate timeline to complete what has not been completed.
01:26Otherwise, this disaster will continue to grow, and the price will be paid by the children and adolescents who cannot find decent and appropriate places to develop as good citizens.
