00:00Target ng Agriculture Department na maging operational na sa ikatlong bahagi ng taon ang kanilang Command Center.
00:09Ayon kay Sekretary Francisco T. Laurel Jr., makatutulong ito sa pagkamit ng bansa sa inaasam na food security.
00:18Dito kasi ay mas matatrak ang supply at iba pang data para sa mga agricultural product.
00:26Inasaan naman na mas magiging matatag pa ang supply ng bigas ng bansa sa tulong ng rice processing center na ipinatatayo ng administrasyon ni Pangulo Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na umabot na sa 150 processing center.
00:44Sabantala, para naman sa kapakanan ng mga magsasaka lalo na ang mga biktima ng kalamidad,
00:49inanunsyo ng Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, nagagamit ito ng satellite technology sa processing claims
00:57para hindi na kailangan pang bumiyahe ng mga magsasaka ng balayo para sa pagproseso ng kanilang claims.
01:04Since the start of the Marcos administration, we have actually built 150 rice processing centers all over the Philippines.
01:14And this year, we will complete 22 more. And next year, we will complete 30 more. And so on and so forth.
01:22Lahat ng farmer namin, ginegeotag na natin. If we geotag, so accurate na palagay yung, hindi na yung, you know, ocular, and then you just estimate the area.
01:33In that case, we are able to save a lot of money. And if we are saving a lot, our savings will now go to more farmers being insured.
