00:00A big part of that was us deciding and figuring out which brother was going to go first, you know?
00:07And for me, I always prefer to go stack first because he was a little more energetic and he had a little more bounce to him.
00:13The nature of shooting movies and the day, you know, I can fall more into Smoke because Smoke was naturally a tired old man.
00:23You know what I'm saying?
00:25You twins?
00:27Nah, we cousins.
00:27That was a thing that we discovered, you know, along the way.
00:31And obviously there was a technical aspect of having a twin double that I would be able to speak to and the other actors could look at and talk to, you know, in some scenes.
00:40But I would have to talk to him about what my performance was going to be on that side.
00:43Like if I decided I was going to, you know, run this way in the scene, I had to tell him that so I can perform that and everybody else can track that movement.
00:50So when I did go on the other side and ran that way, it matches what we did the first time when we shot the scene.
00:56And so that was a nuance and finding that continuity and really had to be intentional and methodical about the choices that I was making.
01:04So a lot of the spontaneity sometimes happened from the first brother that I got a chance to play.
01:09When the second brother, he was kind of confined by the rules the first brother set.
01:13It brought the best out of me.
01:15KONINI!
