00:00This Tuesday marks exactly six months since the Dana floods occurred,

00:05impacting a number of villages in the outskirts of Valencia,

00:09like Aldaya, where I'm standing now.

00:11227 people lost their lives during those floods,

00:15and thousands of businesses and homes were destroyed.

00:18Today here, the feeling is one of hope,

00:21as some businesses have managed to reopen,

00:24but also of emotional exhaustion and anxiety,

00:26and fear that the Dana could one day occur again.

00:30We had the opportunity to speak to Eva Lexcano,

00:33an entrepreneur and young mother here in the town.

00:56It's brutal.

00:57Everyone has come with a lot of desire,

00:59with a lot of desire to normalize,

01:00especially because after seeing a people devasted,
