नई दिल्ली: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने संभल में जामा मस्जिद के पास मौजूद कुएं को लेकर यूपी सरकार के हलफनामे पर मस्जिद कमेटी से जवाब मांगा है। कोर्ट ने मस्जिद कमेटी को दो हफ्ते के अंदर अपना जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। यूपी सरकार ने अपने हलफनामे में कुएं को लेकर मस्जिद कमेटी के दावे को खारिज करते हुए कहा है कि यह कुआं सार्वजनिक जमीन पर मौजूद है और इसका मस्जिद से कोई वास्ता नहीं है। सरकार का कहना है कि कुआं मस्जिद परिसर के पास है, लेकिन परिसर के अंदर नहीं है। यूपी सरकार ने यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि मस्जिद कमेटी ने गलत फोटोग्राफ पेश करके कोर्ट को गुमराह करने की कोशिश की है। इससे पहले, 10 जनवरी को हुई सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कुएं को लेकर यथास्थिति बनाए रखने का आदेश दिया था। अब इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई दो हफ्ते बाद होगी।
