00:08going to fry some shallots alongside some garlic. Then we're going to reduce down some white wine

00:12and then create a sauce with some chicken stock, cream, parmesan and parsley. Once that thickens

00:16up we're going to toss in our cooked pasta and then finish with the crispy bacon that we fried

00:19earlier. And there you have this really simple yet absolutely delicious creamy bacon pasta.
