18 areas at risk of ‘dangerous’ heat index on April 29

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned that 18 areas across the country may experience heat index levels classified as “dangerous” on Tuesday, April 29.
