00:00The ACSA, Acquisition and Pro-Servicing Agreement, we can conduct, for example, more smoothly the joint training between two navies.
00:13Because, as you may know, if the Japanese Navy, we don't call that Navy, but the Japanese maritime sailboat,
00:22come to the Philippines to participate in the barikatan exercise conducted by the US-Philippines.
00:35We need refueling, for example, those vessels.
00:40Under the current framework, since there is no legal framework, it is quite complicated to have refueling from the Philippines side.
00:49But under this ACSA agreement, it is quite easy to exchange such kind of refueling or some piece or equipment,
01:06in case of the accident, something starts or not.
01:10But anyway, they are ready to work together in order to early conclusion of ACSA between two countries.
01:18And for the security information, to be honest, we have not decided yet whether or not we conclude such agreement between two countries.
01:30But since the cooperation work activities, joint activities between two countries have been increasing, we believe that the information security agreement will be useful to further promote such cooperation between two countries.
01:52So we have two leaders have ordered the authority in charge to start the negotiation with a possible conclusion of the information security target.
02:06So as for the ACSA, we have already decided to conclude with the conditions that should be approved by the alliance.
02:18But as for the security agreement, the information security agreement, I can tell you that we have already decided to conclude the information security agreement.
