New Delhi April 29, 2025 (ANI): Pakistan is rattled by strict action by Indian army against sponsored terrorism resulting in uprovoked firing at Line of control. As per Indian army, Pakistan army resorted to unprovoked small arms firing across the Line of Control (LoC). Indian Army responded effectively to the firing in the areas opposite to Kupwara and Baramulla district including Akhnoor. Further details about the incident on the LoC are being ascertained by Indian Army officials. Tensions remain high along the LoC as security forces ramp up anti-terror ops in Kashmir after the April 22 Phalgam attack that killed 26. With fresh tensions, residents have begun refurbishing these shelters, which had fallen into disuse during recent years of relative calm. Residents in villages located close to Pakistani military posts have started clearing out old underground bunkers.
