00:32Ang sun decay ay nasa tatlong kilometro lang ang layo sa Pagasa Island.

00:36Ito ay nasa territorial sea ng Pagasa na bahagi ng soberanya ng bansa.

00:40We urge the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Coast Guard

00:47to act with restraint and not increase tensions in the West Philippine Sea.

00:54We remind them of their commitment in the 2002 Decoration of Gundam.

01:53We can already observe how the Chinese government plan out their strategy.

02:01And then if you're not going to counter the lie,

02:04they're going to operationalize that lie and take possession of whatever narrative that they have.
