Under the slogan “Here the people rule!”, Venezuelan men and women will go, from 08H00 (local time), to the 7438 polling stations set up throughout the national territory, in order to elect the prioritized projects of each community, with the technical and logistical support of the National Electoral Council (CNE).

00:08It's a significant day for popular power in Venezuela with the second public consultation that is already underway with people voting on the projects they would like to see first developed within each territory.

00:24We found ourselves in the Comuna Cacique Carapaica, where an important day is happening today in Venezuela.
00:33It's an important day for the democracy participative, in which millions of citizens will decide the future of the country.
00:42As you can see, many people already arrived to exert their citizenship and are voting.
00:48And it's expected many more people will vote and arrive in comparison in the last two years.
00:56In total, 5,336 circuits will elect their local leaders.
