00:11haircuts razor sharp. To get in, male candidates must meet physical standards at least 165 cm in
00:18height with relaxations for some categories, chest between 76 to 81 cm, proportionate weight
00:24and good vision. Certain medical conditions like knocked knees, flat feet, squint or varicose veins
00:29are not permitted. The first stage is the physical standard test. Those who qualify move on to the
00:35physical efficiency test, a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, an 11 feet long jump and a 3.5 feet high jump,
00:42each with three attempts. Only those who cleared these move on to the further rounds, which include
00:47a written test, skill test for some posts, document verification and a medical exam. On 21st April 2025,
