00:00Sir, I think the judge was aggressive with the same person, now is a big trend here up in the Senate, but it's pretty surprising, sir.
00:11Sir, you said that you spoke to President Xi multiple times. Is that taking office, sir?
00:18No, I'm not going to discuss that.
00:20Speaking to other people from China, speaking to people from the world, from the tariffs, and making very good deals.
00:30It's going to make our country rich, and we're going to be proud of, like we have been for the last, literally, 50 years.
00:38There was a call on people's guards in this morning.
00:42We killed a Russian general.
00:44We killed a Russian general.
00:46We killed a Russian general.
00:47We're starting to stop me there for the first.
00:49We don't wait until this takes place.
00:56It's in Boston.
01:03It's a big one.
01:04I'll look at it.
01:05I hear anything about this.
01:09We should be able to talk about the sixth endeavor on behalf of them.
01:12It's a little tough because we don't have much time, and we're arriving at about 11.30, and we have some people meeting us already, and then I'm taking pictures with the military tonight, we get to the house at 12 o'clock, the office, and so we have pretty much time, and as you know, tomorrow morning, we start leaving early, I think that we're going to try to see a couple of people that are
01:42here, and I think it's the worst thing that ever happened for a Republican, and I won it quite a lot, and I have a great relationship with the Catholics, very simple, and I won the Catholics, but I don't know why we didn't get involved in this thing, but I don't know why we didn't get involved in this thing, but I didn't.
02:12We did well with the Catholic government, and the relationship was very good, so therefore, I think it's a problem.
02:19The Secretary President said that, you know, when it dropped here, it's gone, China, and a lot of people, that you would need to see some type of movement, what do you want to see from China?
02:31Oh, he's right, I'm not going to drop it, let's say, give us something, but give us some say, it's quite nice, and I'm going to drop it, it'll all work out, those things always work out, you know, we're working in a lot of projects, we can come along and solve the order, it's the most secure it's ever been, we're having a very hard time
02:52that judges, because they don't want people to come down in the country, and shockingly, nobody's ever had this before, no other person, and there's never been a time for this to say, but we've got an issue,
03:06when they talk about the crisis, and you have millions of people that you're pulling out, that are really bad people, very dangerous people, and you have a judge, and once every single one of them, they have a trial,
03:18so they want us to have millions of trials there, and how long does the trial take, weeks, how can it take weeks, so, and that's what I got elected on, and these are judges that just want to, you know, show how big and important they are, and they will follow the veteran's judges,
03:42they shouldn't be allowed to know, you know, we have hundreds of thousands of people, we want to get out of the country, and of course, you're holding us back, some judges, and nobody ever heard of us holding us back, so they're very dangerous, right,
03:57if you want to see a country that will have crime, let that happen, because it's really dangerous for our country, and I can't believe the Supreme Court would let that stand,
04:08what kind of movement do you consider substantial from China?
04:14Well, free up China, you know, let us go in and work China, because, frankly, that's what we wanted last time, we almost got it, and then they backed out of that deal, but we had it,
04:27to go into China, and to sell our product, sell our wares, in other words, it's called to open China, that would be great,
04:38that would be a big win, but I'm not even sure I'm going to ask for it, because, I don't know, they don't want it open,
04:44they don't want it open.
04:45The Press on the immigration front, I think they do the tariffs, but because of tariffs, I could possibly get that,
04:52what do you think, opening up China would be a big win, right?
04:56The problem is, no matter how big the win is, the press will not get big credit for it.
05:00If I got the greatest win in history, if I got, they'll pay us trillions and trillions of dollars,
05:07they'll give us anything we want, the press will say,
05:11Trump, he just had a terrible defeat, he suffered a terrible defeat, but the people know.
05:19No, I think we're going to have a lot of big wins.
05:21I don't know if it's going to be covered that way by the fake news,
05:24but the wins are going to be very substantial.
05:27You know, we're losing, we were losing, with Biden, $5 billion a day.
05:35Think of that, $5 billion a day.
05:37I've got that number way down, and soon it's going to be very, very positive.
05:41We're going to make, we'll be making $5 billion a day.
05:45But we have a little ways to go yet. A little ways to go.
05:51Can I ask you about the Texas Senate primary?
05:54The Texas Senate primary with John Cornyn and Ken Paxner.
05:56Are you going to get involved? Have you talked to the candidates?
05:58Well, they're both friends of mine. I like them both.
06:02In a way, I wish they weren't running against each other.
06:05But I like Paxner. I like Cornyn. They're both good people.
06:08So I'll make a decision somewhere along the line.
06:11But you have two very good men.
06:14I have a question on your immigration agenda.
06:16Yesterday, a judge in San Francisco put a nationwide injunction on you guys taking money away from sanctuary cities.
06:24Your reaction to that? Then I have a question about the markets.
06:27When you hear a judge in San Francisco or a judge in San Diego does nationwide injunctions.
06:35Having to do with the whole country sitting behind a bench, a local bench,
06:40even though in some cases, in many cases, they're a federal judge.
06:44But a judge can close down.
06:46We should close down sanctuary cities.
06:48We shouldn't have sanctuary cities.
06:50And we'll see how that turns out.
06:53But sanctuary cities are sanctuary for criminals.
06:56That's what they are.
06:57They're sanctuary for criminals.
06:59They protect criminals.
07:00And we should close them down.
07:02We want a safe country.
07:04You have to get rid of sanctuary cities.
07:06India and Pakistan.
07:08There are tensions after the attack in Kashmir.
07:11Have you got any message for them?
07:12Are you going to be talking to their leaders?
07:14I'm close to India and I'm very close to Pakistan, as you know.
07:18And they've had that fight for a thousand years in Kashmir.
07:21Kashmir's been going on for a thousand years, probably longer than that.
07:25And it was a bad one yesterday, though.
07:29That was a bad one.
07:30Over 30 people.
07:31Are you concerned that there's now tensions on the border between them?
07:35Are you concerned about?
07:36How are you concerned are you about that?
07:37There have been tensions on that border for 1,500 years.
07:42So, you know, the same as it's been.
07:48But they'll get it figured out one way or the other.
07:51I'm sure that I know both leaders.
07:54There's great tension between Pakistan and India, but there always has been.
08:00So you've done the one 90-day clause on some of the tariffs.
08:05Is it possible you'll have to do another 90-day or another extension of the clause?
08:09I think I know pretty much.
08:11And, again, you know, we'll have deals made, but we'll also make deals.
08:15In other words, we'll just set the tariff and we'll be reasonable, very reasonable.
08:21And that'll be the end.
08:23That's the deal.
08:24We set the price.
08:25They want to come in.
08:26Now, they set the price for their country, but everybody wants to come into ours.
08:31They don't want to come into theirs.
08:32Most people don't want to come into theirs.
08:34Do you think the markets are adjusting to your tariff policy?
08:38So when you look at what's happening, I think so.
08:41I said there'd be a transition.
08:43People haven't understood it.
08:44Now they're starting to understand it.
08:46You know?
08:47Look, think of it this way.
08:49We've lost billions of dollars a day for years on trade.
08:54Millions.
08:55Not going to happen.
08:56We're going to make millions of dollars a day.
08:59Because that's not sustainable.
09:01Mr. President, can you commit that nobody on your financial team was giving any type of tips to Wall Street executives about deals with India?
09:09There was some recording yesterday that people had heads up on Wall Street possibly to make money.
09:14Can you commit that that did not happen?
09:15I can commit to myself.
09:16That's all I can commit.
09:17You know, I have thousands of people that work for me.
09:19But I can't imagine anybody doing that.
09:22I have very honorable people, that I can say.
09:25So I can't even imagine it.
09:26But no, I haven't even heard that, actually.
09:30Sir, there have been some concerns about access to food, medicine coming into Gaza.
09:36When you spoke to Prime Minister Netanyahu the other day, did that come up at all about access and humanitarian aid going into the Strip?
09:43Gaza came up and I said, you know, we've got to be good to Gaza.
09:48Those people are, those people are suffering.
09:50We've got to be good to Gaza.
09:51We'll, we're going to take care of that.
09:53There's a very big need for medicine, food and medicine.
09:57And we're taking care of it.
09:59In terms of, like, opening up more access points or pushing the Israelis?
10:04We are.
10:05To open up more access points?
10:07To get food and medicine into Gaza.
10:10How did the Prime Minister respond to that?
10:12Well, I felt well about it.
10:16Okay?
10:17You've got these Iran technical talks tomorrow in Oman.
10:22What do you, do you think any kind of...
10:24The Iran situation is coming out very well.
10:27We've had a lot of talks with them, and I think we're going to have a deal.
10:30I'd much rather have a deal than the other alternative.
10:33That would be good for humanity.
10:36Will it start with an interim deal of some sort, or how is it going to work?
10:40I think it's going to be pretty much...
10:42We're not looking to do lots of long-term...
10:45It's a very simple deal.
10:46One, one thing, they just can't have a nuclear weapon.
10:49I'm saving them a lot of money just on that.
10:51Having a nuclear weapon is really expensive.
10:54But it's also very dangerous, and they can't have a nuclear weapon.
10:58And just that, I'm saving them billions and billions of dollars, because that's what it would cost.
11:05Now, with that being said, the Iran deal is coming along very well.
11:09We're dealing at the highest levels of Iran, and I think they want to make a deal, and we want to make a deal.
11:15There are some people that want to make a different kind of a deal, a much nastier deal.
11:19And I don't want that to happen to Iran, if we can avoid it.
11:23Thank you very much, everybody.
11:24Thank you, Mr. President.
11:25What's on tap for Melania's birthday?
11:28Oh, she's going to have a great birthday.
11:31She's got a working birthday.
11:33She's up front.
11:34I should send her back.
11:36You want to have somebody answer a question?
11:38I'll send her back into the lion's pit.
11:41Susie, let's send Melania back to the lion's pit.
11:45That's funny.
11:46Are you taking her to dinner, Mr. President?
11:48By the way, they would love that one.
11:50Can we see your office up there sometime this weekend?
11:56Yeah, you can come up.
11:57We'll let them come up a little bit later, okay?
12:01Are you taking Melania to dinner?
12:03Are you taking Mrs. Trump to dinner, or have you had time to get her a present?
12:06You've been very busy.
12:07I'll take her for dinner on the Boeing.
12:10I'll take her for dinner on Air Force One.
12:13There you go.
12:14I haven't had much time to my presence.
12:16We've been a lot.
12:17We've been pretty busy.
12:18But it's working out.
12:20Things are working out very well.
12:21And people are starting to understand how good tariffs are for us.
12:25And, you know, tariffs have been used against us for 50 years.
12:29Now, I never understood it as a private person why we allowed that to happen.
12:35You know, it goes back a long time.
12:37But I never understood it.
12:38Why did we allow that to happen?
12:40Where we couldn't go into China, but they could come here.
12:43We couldn't go into Europe, but they could come here.
12:46So many — every place.
12:48We couldn't go into India.
12:50They could come here.
12:52I never understood why they allowed that.
12:55And I don't blame the countries.
12:56I blame the precedents for allowing it to happen.
12:59But you have a different kind of a precedent now.
13:01So, thank you very much.
13:03I'll see you in the question.
