00:00On top of the news, the latest piece of fake news going viral on rotting grains of rice sold at 29 paces a kilo shows the desperation of trolls and haters to throw anything at the wall and hope one sticks.

00:13Then again, the distribution of rice at 20 paces a kilo in the Visayas region is still being finalized by the DA and the LGUs concerned.

01:07The palace also questions how such rice could already exist when the Department of Agriculture and Local Government units are still in the process of mapping out the rollout of the program in the Visayas region.
