Marcos party dismisses Sara's 'a little too late' remark on P20/kilo rice rollout
Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial candidates on April 25, 2025 dismisses Vice President Sara Duterte's claims that the rollout of P20 per kilo rice in the Visayas comes 'a little too late' and suspiciously close to the May elections. Makati Mayor Abby Binay said during a pre-rally press conference in Dagupan, Pangasinan said that it's been only three years and considered the rollout 'an accomplishment.' ACT-CIS Rep, Erwin Tulfo pushed for amendments to the Rice Tariffication Law to sustain the implementation of P20-per-kilo rice.
