Marcos blamed for blocking impeachment complaints vs Sara
La Union Rep. Paolo Ortega dismisses claims that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is the one blocking the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte. The Makabayan Block said on Jan. 22, 2025 that the impeachment complaints have been pending at the Office of the House Secretary General for a month. Ortega said that 'anything can happen' in the last two weeks before the session adjourns to pave the way for the campaign period.
