His alleged attacker, an 18-year-old man, has been arrested with police confirming he was out on bail at the time of the incident.

01:59Police say the alleged offender, who turned 18 three days ago, fled the scene on a bicycle after the stabbing, but turned himself into police late last night.
02:10The 18-year-old male who's currently in police custody was granted bail in the Northern Territory Supreme Court for serious matters on the 17th of April, 2025.

02:31NT courts confirming the alleged offender's prior charges included two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated assault, resisting police, and possession of methamphetamine.
