00:00So when it comes to these threats of taking a pass, as President Trump put it, or not attending the conference in London, as we're seeing now, and some of the words that have been used by the vice president, J.D. Vance, that, you know, we might just decide to walk away.
00:15I mean, that's a real a real risk.
00:17I think a real possibility that the administration says, look, if they feel as though they're not getting anywhere, if you will, with these discussions, at least in their view, from their perspective, that they're not seeing the results that they need to see in terms of getting this to come to an end, then they may say, look, we're going to we're going to pull up the stakes here a bit and not do necessarily the funding that they've been doing at the level over the past three years as a country, as the United States.
00:42I mean, at the end of the day, the United States has been spending billions of dollars on this conflict over roughly a three year period.
00:49This administration has been clear they want to see this war be resolved, come to an end.
00:53And if they feel as though it's not happening in a direction that they see fit to truly get this to come to an end, then I think you can expect to answer your question, the administration may very well say we're going to pause on funding or reduce funding.
01:03And it may operate on the margins and be of help where the United States can over the next few months here in terms of ending this conflict.
01:12But.
