00:00First, let's go ahead and take a closer look here at Omaha. This is where we had that tornado-worn storm earlier, but as you can see, that tornado warning has since been replaced by a severe thunderstorm warning, and as we take a closer look here, so for Pottawatomie County there in Iowa, take your immediate, even though the storm's not worn for a tornado, you definitely need to take your immediate severe thunderstorm precautions because this storm is definitely capable of producing that golf ball plus up to baseball-size hail with that because this is definitely going to be a hailer here as we head up to the north, so we're going to be watching out for that storm as well.
00:29We also have a severe thunderstorm warning here for Saline County in Nebraska and Seward County there in Nebraska, so heads up for those areas as well.
00:37That was the previous tornado-worn storm that we have, and now we have a brand-new tornado-worn storm here for far northwestern parts of Oklahoma, so let's go ahead and take a closer look here.
00:45This is going to be for Harper County. That's in far northwestern Oklahoma, so Buffalo, Laverne. Those are going to be the areas, but it's primarily going to be to the north, and the overall progression here, the storm isn't moving very fast.
00:56It's almost staying relatively stationary, so that's going to impact the rainfall totals especially here as we head throughout this evening and as we head into tonight, so we will be watching this very closely here as we head into this evening and as we head into tonight.
01:09So taking a closer look here at the Dodge City, Kansas velocity product here to look at the rotation of this storm.
01:15Yeah, you can see that over the past couple radar scans, the storm is definitely showing enough rotation in the low levels of the atmosphere to where there definitely could be a tornado produced by this particular storm, so we're going to be watching this very closely, looking at the overall shear rate for this storm.
01:29The overall shear rate, it did pulse up and peak here a couple of radar scans ago.
01:33So you can see, anytime you start to see the red on this particular map, let me go ahead and zoom in closer here in northern parts of Harper County, whenever you start to see the red right there, that's whenever you see the high potential there for low level rotation.
01:47So that's what we were tracking earlier, but since then you can see that the rotation has weakened some here across this area.
01:53So for the small little town of Willard, yeah, take your immediate tornado precautions.
01:58We're still going to be watching this very closely here as we head into this evening and as we head into tonight.
02:03But in addition to that, we have multiple areas here of ongoing showers, storms, and severe weather, including here in East Texas.
02:09This is where we have a wall of water working its way from Tyler down through College Station.
02:14So Jeff, in addition to the severe threat as far as the hail and the winds, we're also going to be watching out for heavy rainfall here working its way with flooding possible across parts of East Texas.
02:23Yeah, pretty decent rain there, Damien, so a pretty unified band of thunderstorms.
