00:00So these talks are happening in London today. We know Rubio is not there and the UK Foreign
00:06Secretary David Lammy. So what is exactly going to be discussed? Do you think Europe could step
00:12into the shoes of the US if they decide to, say, as you said, withdraw some intelligence
00:18and military? It will be very difficult to replace the Americans. But one of the initiatives that's
00:26being driven by the UK is this coalition of the willing. The problem is, to date, the West has
00:32provided enough intelligence and war material to stop Ukraine losing, but not enough to help it win.
00:39If you take away a huge segment of that American support, it would be incredibly difficult in the
00:45near term for Europe to step up. The defence industrial base just doesn't exist. And I think
00:50one of the things that Europe will be looking at very closely is, do they have no choice here,
00:55but to step up their military involvement, for example, imposing a no-fly zone. Why would
01:01they do that? Because actually, a more vulnerable Ukraine means a more vulnerable Europe. An emboldened
01:07Russia could present a threat to the rest of Europe. And Europe, therefore, has to decide
01:12what it does next. And I believe that's what some of these talks will be looking at in London
01:16and across Europe in the coming days.
