00:00Mismong si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang nanguna sa ceremonial presentation ng Memorandum of Agreement para sa Pagpapatupad ng Digital Leadership Program na mahalaga para sa pagpapabilis ng servisyo publiko sa bansa.

00:18Muling binigyang diin ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang kahalagahan ng digitalisasyon para sa mas mabilis na servisyo publiko.
00:26Sinabi yan ng Pangulo sa ceremonial presentation ng Memorandum of Agreement para sa Pagpapatupad ng Digital Leadership Program na naglalayong pataasin pa ang kasanayan sa digital leadership ng public servants.
00:38Magsisilbing daan-a niya ito para baguhin na ang mga nakasanayan sa biurokrasya sa bansa.
00:42This collaboration brings us closer to realizing our shared aspiration of building a modernized public sector workforce.
00:52It's an opportunity now for us to rethink, to innovate and serve our people better through technology, very important aspects in this digital age.
01:02With this, we see a renewed success in all that we do in government and in our service to the public.
01:12Sa ilalim kasi ng programa, sasa ilalim ang ilang mga public officers sa training sessions sa National University of Singapore ukol sa digital leadership.
01:21Magkakaroon ng pagkakataon ng mga participants na makakuha ng bagong kaalaman sa mga kasanayan ginawa ng Singapore sa kanilang matagumpay na digital government transformation.
01:30Sa ngayon, nasa isang daan ang paunang sumailalim at nakakumpleto sa programa.
01:34They immersed themselves and brought back knowledge in understanding digital leadership, leveraging citizen-centric design, and making better decisions with data.
01:47Between now and 2027, the phase 2 of the program will train at least 10,000 of our civil servants,
01:55equipped with the necessary skills and a renewed vision for public service.
02:00These civil servants will then be catalysts in leading the digital transformation of our bureaucracy from within.
02:08Sinabi naman ng CSC na malaking bagay ang kolaborasyong ito ng pamahalaan at ang pribadong sektor,
02:14lalo na't maituturing na unang hakbang ito sa itinutulak na digitalisasyon ng administrasyon.
