00:00I'm down in the marina with Matt Turnbull. Matt, I believe you've set yourself a special challenge. What is it?
00:07Well, hopefully we're going to try and achieve the impossible.
00:10I'm going to try and set a world record for the fastest time to complete ten triathlons across ten countries.
00:16We believe, passionately believe, that we can do it in 24 hours with the aid of speedboats, helicopters and motorbikes.
00:23That's ten triathlons across Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Wales, France, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg.
00:31And we've got a team behind us. We've got an amazing documentary film team from Netflix and Amazon following us.
00:37And we're going to raise as much money as we possibly can for Cancer Research UK in the memory of some very special people that I've lost.
00:45And all the amazing people living with cancer that we know and from our region.
00:50There isn't a more worthy cause. Totally agree.
00:52How long will you training be for that one?
00:54Well, we started the documentary process and the training back in 2023.
00:58So I've been training for quite a long time, not just training physically, but there's a lot of demands on the logistics as well.
01:05So understanding landing sites and flights and all the legal aspects of trying to get between countries.
01:12So there's a lot gone into this.
01:14And with a wing and a prayer and a following wind, when that day comes, we'll absolutely smash it and make a lot of money for charity.
01:21We'll look forward to seeing you and talking to you when you come back. Good luck mate.
01:25Thanks Frank.
01:26ThanksØ·o.
01:30Thanks too.
