00:00I'm here at the Prestige Group Stadium following a much-improved performance for Hartlepool
00:06United who remain unbeaten under caretaker manager Lenny Lawrence following a 2-0 win
00:11over Aldershot Town. Pools were, at times, back to their fluent best and Manny Disirue
00:17scored a brace to take his tally to eighth goals for the campaign as Pools moved up three
00:22places to 14th and moved to within five points of the National League playoffs. It was a
00:27dominant performance from the home side pretty much from start to finish and in truth Pools
00:32could have been out of sight at half-time after Marcus Dewhurst produced a string of
00:37fine saves to thwart Disirue who had given Pools the lead after just five minutes. Disirue
00:43headed his second goal of the afternoon home ten minutes into the second half following
00:48a fine corner from David Ferguson and Pools never looked like relinquishing their lead
00:53on a positive afternoon for Lenny Lawrence and his side.
