00:11Ito ay ang pinagting at pinabuting food stamp project na layong tugunan ang food insecurity at problema ng undernutrition sa Pilipinas.
00:21Sa uling pulong ng NEDA Board, bago maging Economic and Development Council, ay ginit ni NEDA Sekretary Arsenio Balisagan sa tulong ng pag-apruba sa Refuel Project inasang masusuputin.
