00:00Hi, I'm Alexa Wiley, VP of Creative for Who What Wear and today we're shooting
00:11Kaia Gerber for our fall issue. So when we think about high school you can think
00:16of a lot of different films and inspiration that come to mind. This one
00:21kind of started with the Heathers and of course building on that 90s inspiration
00:26but also keeping fashion to the forefront. So for the theme we really kind of
00:31wanted to think about back to school but also tying that into how excited we
00:36are for a fresh start for fall. We definitely want this whole shoot to tell
00:39a story so we have some looks that are a little bit of a nod to a marching band
00:45vibe. This will be executed through a Proenza dress with a marching band hat as
00:49a prop and some cute little Mary Jane shoes. We also have this sort of bad
00:54teacher, maybe a principal moment with this really strong Prada look. This
00:59really beautiful textured leather skirt and blazer set which is just a look that
01:04everyone was talking about from the fall collection. We also have a really fun
01:08schoolgirl moment with some really fun colored tights. It also has a cute little
01:13knit granny panty underneath that we're hoping we might get a little peek of. We
01:17have a nod to a prom moment that we're really excited about. We have a sort of
01:23deconstructed Celine tuxedo with a big bow tie. We're going to have her in a
01:27corsage. Another sort of prom moment that we're going to have is this Anne de
01:32Mulemeister look. It's a faux fur shawl with this long beautiful silky column
01:38skirt. Looks incredible on Kaya. We have another look that we're really excited
01:41about which is a Valentino fall look. It's a beautiful blue button-up and this
01:47really stunning micro mini short that's covered in 3D rosettes. We really want to
01:52style her a little bit undone almost like it's a uniform kind of so the shirt will
01:56be a little frazzled with the tie kind of loose and so that will be like almost
02:02like she's maybe just changed out of her PE look kind of stepping back into her
02:06uniform. I'm just excited to be shooting Kaya. She represents everything that we're
02:11looking for for this season and we're excited to bring it to life.
