00:04Distinguished guests, fellow Philanthelists, partners and friends, good afternoon, a very warm welcome to the 2025 National Philanthelic Exhibition, Proudly Health at Lucky Chinatown, starting today all the way to April 25th until Friday.

00:24The March of the Anticipated Annual Event celebrates the enduring power of Philanthelic, a passion that brings history to life, connects cultures, showcases the stories of our time through the humble yet powerful medium of Christian Shams.

00:44I welcome Dr. Sieg, assistant postmaster general for administration and finance, director of attorney Oriana.

00:59And I am the director for Mega Manila, all the staff committee members, magandang hapong po sa inyo tayo.

01:12Today, as I've said, we are greatly honored to welcome a very special guest, whose presence acts international distinction to this event.

01:23Let us welcome Dr. Vinaya Pakash Singh, the secretary general, sir, of the Asian Pacific Postal Union, APPU, LALTEL.

01:34Welcome to the Philippines, your continued support for regional collaboration and cultural exchange through Philanthelic is deeply appreciated of the procedure.

01:47We are also proud to recognize the leaderships of the assistant postmaster general, assistant postmaster general, Oriani Althal,

01:55for administration and finance of the Philippine Postal Corporation, where delegation to innovation and institutional development has helped strengthen the programs and initiatives such as today's 6th event.

02:10Of course, this event will not be possible without the tireless efforts and passions of the Philippine philanthelic community.

02:18At the forefront, the movement of this movement is a true champion of staff collecting in the country.
