Asteroid Named After Taiwanese Artist and 228 Incident Victim Chen Cheng-po

An asteroid discovered in 2007 has been named after acclaimed Taiwanese artist and 228 Incident victim Chen Cheng-po. The astronomers who discovered the celestial body chose the artist for his artistic achievements. After 18 years, the International Astronomical Union approved the name.
