00:00computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to export your

00:06presentation on the keynote application to the notes application using a mac computer

00:11without further ado let us start the video so in this tutorial you need to have access to a

00:18mac computer have access to the keynote application as well as the notes application

00:22which are both built into the mac computer we can now start the tutorial before i start this

00:58let's now focus on the video so now let's go to the dock go to launchpad go to the keynote application

01:05search for this open up the keynote application wait for that to load once that has loaded go to

01:10the top toolbar go to file go to open this should take us directly to the desktop where we have

01:15presentation.key click on this open up a keynote application and so then we can now go to

01:25share send a copy to either messages airdrop notes or add to photos in this tutorial we are focused on

01:34exporting to the notes application click on this this should now bring up a prompt on screen where

01:41where we can send by notes as a keynote presentation or a pdf a powerpoint presentation or a video so

01:50let's just export as keynote click on next this will now open up a prompt on screen for the notes application

01:59we can add text to the note let's just say the keynote presentation

02:13via notes choose note this will be a new note click on save

02:18and now what we will do is go the ground to the dock

02:26go to launchpad go to the notes application click on this

02:30we can now navigate to notes where we have the keynote presentation via notes double click on this

02:39and this should open up the keynote application presentation that we have previously worked on

02:45so we can now quit the notes application quit the keynote application
