00:05encrypt your presentation on the Keynote application using a Mac
00:09computer without further ado let us start the video so in the tutorial you
00:14need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the Keynote application
00:19which is built into the Mac computer we can now start the tutorial before I

00:53PayPal let's not focus on the video so now let's go to run to the dock go to
01:00launchpad go to the Keynote application search for this open up the Keynote
01:04application wait for that to load once I does load and go to the top tool bar go
01:08to file but to open this should take us directly to the desktop where we have
01:13presentation up key click on this now go to open wait for that to load go back to
01:18file now go to set password this will allow us to encrypt the presentation itself so I'll
01:25just choose a very basic password let's verify that now we can have a password hint if we find
01:37ourselves in a position where we know the password but we have forgotten it and henceforth that one
01:44word or phrase might trigger the password to come back into the memory so let's just
01:53say numbers remember this password in the keychain let's not remember that for the
02:00moment set the password and now command s to save let's just quit keynote for the
02:07moment and so we have the icon on the desktop for the presentation within the
02:12keynote application as a lock if I were to let's just double click on this it will
02:18ask me for a password which I have entered now on screen click on ok and there we go
02:27we can now quit keynote and so that's over this video I'll see you guys in my next tutorial
