00:00:00with four games to go there's plenty to shout about across the EFL we've come to Vicarage
00:00:28Rose where Burnley are hoping to pile the pressure on their promotion rivals with Leeds
00:00:33and Sheffield United not playing till later in the day the Clarets could retake top spot by
00:00:38extending their unbeaten run to 30 championship games Scott Parker's told his players to stay calm
00:00:44and focused but how are the fans coping it's been a good season and in that it's been very
00:00:49enjoyable very competitive Watford haven't really got much to play for so I'm hoping that we get the
00:00:53three points how confident are you then that you can get the job done 11 out of 10 we'll get it
00:00:57done Monday afternoon we've been good this season defensively I don't see why not we can go up
00:01:02they're doing all the right things and we're scoring goals and that's the name of the game if we're
00:01:06going to go up host Watford have been buzzing around the playoff places for most of the campaign
00:01:10however two wins in eight look to put the Hornets out of top six contention so it's all eyes on Burnley
00:01:18to see if they can set the pace in the automatic promotion race Sam Parkin and Andy Bishop talk
00:01:23through the action so let's take a look at the teams here at Vicarage Road Tom Cleverley making
00:01:29two changes from the side which performed well but found themselves beaten against West Brom at the
00:01:35Hawthorns last weekend Tom Dele-Bashiru and Tom Inch drop out in their place come 20 year olds Pierre
00:01:42Duomo and Rocco Vata who celebrates his 20th birthday today as for Scott Parker he names the same side
00:01:50that took Burnley another step towards promotion as they beat Norwich 2-1 at Turfmoor seven days ago
00:01:56Maxime Stev continues his run of starting every championship game this season Jadon Anthony in
00:02:02great form right now has three goals in his last three games
00:02:06Watford tend to enjoy plenty of possession they tend to create a fair bit as well Tom Cleverley feeling
00:02:12that they perhaps don't have the points that their performances deserve how do they make this
00:02:17difficult for a Burnley side who haven't lost a championship game for five and a half months
00:02:22Vata whips it in great ball in Trafford can't keep it out
00:02:26and Watford have taken the lead through Mamadou Dumbia how big a moment this could be in the race for promotion
00:02:35well what a ball in and what a header it gets met perfectly by that young man and it's such a good
00:02:43header that Trafford does quite well I would say to get hands on it because it's the perfect downward
00:02:48header from just an exquisite delivery Vata the curl on it the trajectory and he attacks it brilliantly
00:02:55off the back of the stev which doesn't happen too often gets real pace on the header
00:03:00hits it down Watford with a brilliant start
00:03:03Burnley with bodies back ball gets away from Hannibal loser
00:03:11challenge comes in from Brownhill but a bit of room here for Kayambe who eyes up goal off the crossbar
00:03:19and the follow-up from Dumbia it was some strike and I think James Trafford got a touch to it to the eye at
00:03:27Okayambe I think you're right I think this is an unbelievable save from Trafford I mean what an effort
00:03:32looked in all the way left hand fingertip save it's outstanding
00:03:37he's even right he sweeps it out to the far side and he finds Anthony as well who gets the better of
00:03:46Ungaki of Fleming waiting in middle Fleming's header Burnley level from one end to the other
00:03:53James Trafford with a magnificent save at one end and straight away Scott Parker's side
00:04:00fly down the other end to make it 1-1
00:04:03Jadon Anthony puts it in early and Fleming for someone who I would suggest is under six foot
00:04:09he attacks the ball really well and it's a really firm clinical finish from the front man
00:04:14even Riley works it out to Edwards who's got a bit of room and he's got Connor Roberts up ahead of him
00:04:22as well now Anthony wants more back to Edwards Fleming Brownhill Hannibal all waiting in the middle
00:04:28can Roberts force across he can Hannibal back across goal Burnley ahead and it's
00:04:33Josh Brownhill the captain strikes to turn this game around
00:04:40it's a brilliant goal brilliant team goal and it's built on the right hand side initially
00:04:45Jadon Anthony and Edwards exchanging passes it's a lovely stand up ultimately from Roberts these are
00:04:52really difficult when you're running towards the byline he digs out a brilliant ball and that little
00:04:56shove from Fleming is so important in this goal it's allowed Hannibal to arrive on the far post
00:05:02completely unopposed because of that contact
00:05:04another fantastic season for Josh Brownhill and it's a goal which has Burnley stepping closer
00:05:11towards a return to the top flight
00:05:14Sissoko reacts and he's in trouble now second yellow card
00:05:24and Watford are down to 10 well they've lost their heads here a little
00:05:29Sissoko who walks and Watford's task in the last two minutes
00:05:37he's got a heck of a lot more difficult behind in the game now and down to 10 players
00:05:42Kayambe
00:05:49goes down but he has been penalised and he's going to be shown
00:05:58a second yellow card this game is getting away from Watford and getting away from them badly now down to 9
00:06:05the arm in the face I mean it's just it's too aggressive isn't it when the game is just bubbling over
00:06:13Andrews
00:06:20Andrews tries to push it forwards Andrews takes a touch right and Andrews beaten away by Trafford
00:06:26it so nearly was the most improbable of equalisers
00:06:30what a brilliant attempt and it just bounced in front of the goalkeeper it makes it an even better save
00:06:37it can only be seconds left to play
00:06:40the game goes on there it is a significant stride towards the Premier League which is in touching distance now
00:06:48for Scott Parker's Burnley
00:06:51it finishes Watford 1 Burnley 2
00:06:55Burnley take a step closer towards promotion after beating nine man Watford 2-1 Burnley manager Scott Parker joins me now
00:07:06it was far from straightforward but you got the job done Scott
00:07:09we did get the job done far from straightforward I think you're right look we played against a good side here today
00:07:14an aggressive team and come out the blocks we got a goal down early I thought our reaction to that was superb really
00:07:20get back in the game at 1-1 and always needed to probe second half and find our way
00:07:25we get that with the second game becomes a little bit of carnage obviously on their side obviously lose a few men
00:07:33and the dynamics at that moment obviously back end of the game we have to they commit a lot of men
00:07:38and probably we should have put the game to bed a couple of very good chances
00:07:41wasn't the case but fundamentally pleased that this part of the season you come away here with three points really
00:07:47we pushed the league leaders right to the end with nine men even when a banquo went off we were down to eight for a little bit
00:07:55so a really good effort with Ryan Andrews and Trafford's come up trumps again
00:08:00so he proved the difference today
00:08:02I'm pretty sure he's got a fingertip onto the crossbar I think that's the pivotal moment of the game
00:08:06that goes in it's 2-0 and it's a long way to come back for them I don't think they've conceded two all season
00:08:11and you can see why
00:08:13huge moment for James Trafford was that one of the best saves he's made this season
00:08:18incredible save yeah best save by
00:08:20I mean I put it down to like a sort of an assist really because from that we then go and score a goal really
00:08:26big moment big moment for him the sign of a top top world-class goalkeeper really that at times and even in the second half when
00:08:34he's pretty redundant really but he has to come up with big saves in big moments collect balls from crosses
00:08:40he was and he has been really not just today to be fair you're seeing someone who for large parts for the majority of the season has been top draw for us
00:08:48was that the best save you've made this season?
00:08:51yeah technically yeah the best save and in the moment in the moment yeah it's it's it's an insane save I must say
00:08:57and I've just seen it back and yeah it's better than from what I remember but the main thing is the reaction of the lads is sort of put a firework up us
00:09:03and for all the goalkeeping nerds it's a brilliant save it's a brilliant save so yeah it's especially the moment how it changed the game yeah it's brilliant for us
00:09:12we're now going to Monday's game which is another huge game for us really three left now it's been a long long season
00:09:18and we've had commitment beyond any sort hence why we're in a position room really we need to get this done now
00:09:24and hopefully we can do that
00:09:27three straight defeats have put Sheffield United firmly on the back foot nothing but a win would do for the Blades
00:09:33against relegation battlers Cardiff City
00:09:36three back-to-back defeats for Sheffield United this is the first time since 2017 that they've lost three in a row in the EFL
00:09:46Harmer on the move lovely touch from him it's Campbell Harmer tries to get to it
00:09:53a brilliant touch from Gus Harmer
00:10:00if ever Bramall Lane needed a goal to change the mood it is now that was it and 200 miles south the city of Cardiff feels the pain
00:10:14Harmer has to understand where it where the goal is get his bearings and apply the finish and it's the only way he was going to score wasn't it
00:10:22through the goalkeepers legs
00:10:26Harmer has delivered from this kind of position at that end before
00:10:33it's Harmer it strikes the post
00:10:37it was almost perfect
00:10:39well Horvath is complaining and I don't know why because there's nothing wrong with that wall
00:10:45I don't know who he's moaning at but he's rooted to the spot it is nearly genius again from Gus Harmer
00:10:55Sheffield United attacking the cop end of Bramall Lane in the second half
00:11:00there's Burrows now Tyrese Campbell time to spin
00:11:04Burrows latches on and Horvath stands his ground
00:11:08oh he smashes the floor
00:11:10Harrison Burrows because he goes for power
00:11:13puts his foot through it
00:11:15and Ethan Horvath has his angles all right
00:11:18in front of the travelling Cardiff City fans Cardiff with this corner they are queuing up
00:11:27inside the Sheffield United box
00:11:29Chambers at the back of the queue now he's at the front he sticks out a boot it went beyond him and
00:11:34it's hooked over the top in the end
00:11:36fish it was who got to it
00:11:39not even a half a chance really it's a decent effort to be fair
00:11:45it's fingernail biting season
00:11:47if there is such a thing
00:11:52Chris Wilder down below us is urging his team to get up the pitch
00:11:57Kiefer Moore is away here
00:12:00a mistake by Renamota
00:12:02it's Kiefer Moore
00:12:04and there is the second
00:12:06Kiefer Moore made it
00:12:09Ben
00:12:10Brieton Diaz
00:12:11finished it
00:12:17Sheffield United are not prepared to let this go
00:12:21just yet
00:12:22a stand of defiance
00:12:24at Bremer Lane
00:12:26his crawl on Cardiff
00:12:28it's a huge goal
00:12:30for Sheffield United
00:12:32Ben Brieton Diaz 26 today
00:12:34there's the cherry on top of the cake
00:12:43that loops behind for another corner
00:12:53well the gap may still be too great
00:12:56but as Burnley and Leeds United look over their shoulders
00:12:58Sheffield United are still there waiting, threatening
00:13:04for Cardiff City
00:13:07they are staring into the abyss
00:13:10a soul destroying relegation could be imminent
00:13:14but this is not done yet
00:13:17it's finished at Bremer Lane
00:13:19Sheffield United 2 Cardiff City 0
00:13:22we've got a really honest bunch of players
00:13:23they've been through the mill
00:13:24they've felt what's happened over the last week
00:13:26and it's obviously been a poor week for us
00:13:28in terms of performance stroke results
00:13:30but we're still in there
00:13:32we're fighting and we keep swinging
00:13:34I'm very happy with my players
00:13:35in respect of the way they try to manage the game
00:13:36their energy levels
00:13:38and trying to get something out of it
00:13:40we couldn't quite do it to them
00:13:41congratulations to Sheffield
00:13:43Join us on ITV for a decisive game on Easter Monday
00:13:46as Burnley hosts Sheffield United
00:13:48the Clarets have the chance to secure Premier League promotion
00:13:52we'll have live coverage from Turfmoor from 5 o'clock on ITV1
00:13:55the final whistle has not long blown at the Kassam Stadium
00:14:21But for now, our attention switches to the fight to stay in the championship, including a six-pointer at Pride Park.
00:14:28That's first up after the break.
00:14:39Next to a relegation nail-biter between Derby County and Luton Town.
00:14:43Victory for the home side would create a six-point buffer between the pair and put a major dent in the Hatter's survival hopes.
00:14:51Defeat isn't an option for Matt Bloomfield.
00:14:56The set play is so important for Luton Town.
00:15:01In from Clark, in towards Morris, it's loose, right in front of the goal line, and slammed in by Ami!
00:15:12A crucial opening goal for Luton Town.
00:15:17Set-Piece is doing the job again for the Hatters.
00:15:21It's about the willingness to want to go and win it for Luton.
00:15:24The first, the second, the third phase.
00:15:27See, Ali initially makes that front post area run, comes off the post, and then he's in the right place at the right time.
00:15:35I saw him score as a substitute in the draw at Stoke 11 days ago, then earn his start last week.
00:15:42Starting again here, and scoring a crucial goal.
00:15:47Here's Wilson, all the way to the byline, Clark's header, Phillips is in there, a goal is by Yates, and cleared just in front of the goalkeeper.
00:16:04Look at McGuinness, well-placed, Derby's so close to a leveler.
00:16:08My word, it's like pinball in there, that block is vital.
00:16:14Very easy to go into defensive mode for Luton when they're in this position.
00:16:18Oh, he's missed his kick there, could be a chance for Yates!
00:16:22Great save, Wilson!
00:16:24Oh, and McGuinness off the line again!
00:16:27You can't get much closer than that!
00:16:32Well, it's a wonderful knack to have as a defender, isn't it, thinking worst-case scenario, but there is just the wall of orange bodies at the moment.
00:16:48Anxiety, keep on trying me, I feel it quietly, trying to silence me, that's how they're feeling.
00:16:56Matt Clark looking for Jackson.
00:16:58Morris didn't get there, Jackson's the target again.
00:17:07Wilson, Jackson, taking on Asgard, he's done brilliantly!
00:17:13Comes to Adams off the goalkeeper.
00:17:18Forsyth, up in the air by Mercosso.
00:17:24Wouldn't go out for a corner, fans are asking for a penalty.
00:17:29Decision's gone Luton's way.
00:17:33There's a lot going on in this passage of play.
00:17:39Really good save from Kaminsky, but you see there, just in time, big foot from Kaminsky.
00:17:48Forsyth.
00:17:48Clark is up, oh, harness!
00:17:53And the goalkeeper's there, the flag stay down, Kaminsky makes the save.
00:18:03Thinks the slice of touches means that it's going to be in the back of the net, harness, and he can't believe it.
00:18:08He's absolutely distraught.
00:18:11David Klaus there, the Derby owner, desperate for his side to remain in the championship.
00:18:20Across goes Mengi.
00:18:22And there is the full-time whistle.
00:18:25And what a stunning win for Luton Town.
00:18:28Back-to-back relegations are not on their agenda.
00:18:31I thought we were excellent, first half.
00:18:38Obviously, second half, it was going to change slightly.
00:18:40Defending our box incredibly well.
00:18:41Tried to get as many big defenders on the pitch as we could, because we knew what was coming.
00:18:45But I'm incredibly proud of the players there.
00:18:47It's a big one for us, but there's nothing done yet.
00:18:49There's still lots of work to do.
00:18:50But obviously, we're still in there.
00:18:51We're still fighting, still scrapping for our survival, and we'll keep doing so.
00:18:57Plymouth Argyle's comeback win over Shefford United breathed new life into their fight to beat the drop.
00:19:03The task now was to follow that up with a rare away triumph at playoff-chasing Middlesbrough.
00:19:07It's interesting how quickly they're getting right in their faces, but that's a lovely ball,
00:19:16and out comes the goalkeeper, and it's chipped off the post, and the tap-in is there.
00:19:21It's going to stand, and it's as against his old club.
00:19:25From out of nothing, Middlesbrough conjure up the opening goal.
00:19:33They've been out-muscled here, and maybe Plymouth can score, they have!
00:19:37Well, he took one chance, Bundu, and he's popped it in the corner,
00:19:41and Middlesbrough have shot themselves in the foot.
00:19:44Mustafa Bundu does really well, he knows there's an opportunity, he's tenacious.
00:19:52Oh, Inacho, over the top, Conway, now is that a penalty?
00:19:55Referee says, yes, it is!
00:19:57Middlesbrough with a huge moment in stoppage time,
00:20:02and it might yet get worse, it has.
00:20:04The skipper's gone, Joe Edwards deemed to be the last man,
00:20:10and denying a clear goal-scoring opportunity.
00:20:13A moment, which could be huge, it is Conway, and it is in!
00:20:18He kept his nerve, and maybe he's kept Middlesbrough's promotion dreams alive, too.
00:20:28If Putnick brings it down, big shout for Handball, clearly came off an arm,
00:20:33and the referee's going to point to the spot and say penalty.
00:20:38Does look like it comes off the side of the head there of the Irish centre-back rather than the arm.
00:20:42Tucked away into the corner, Pandor goes the wrong way.
00:20:48The Putnick back on the scoreboard once again, and Swansea have what they would call is a deserved breakthrough.
00:20:55Four minutes of stoppage time that could pull open the fight against relegation here,
00:21:00as Matt Crooks has gone in rather heavy-handed, and there could be a second yellow coming out.
00:21:06There is, it's red, Huller going to finish this one down to ten men,
00:21:10and a disappointing afternoon for the Tigers.
00:21:12May well see them going out with less of a roar and more of a whimper.
00:21:15Portsmouth come forward with Potts, who's had quite a few touches of the ball.
00:21:26Richie's whipped in ball, and the header is in from Bishop!
00:21:30The goalkeeper got some of it, but nowhere near enough of it,
00:21:34and Colby Bishop has scored a significant goal for Pompey.
00:21:41Jacob Wright whips it in to that near post.
00:21:44It was helped on and off the line by Potts, and then driven in by Sargent.
00:21:48And Portsmouth lead lasted only a matter of a few moments.
00:21:56Here comes Murphy at the other end.
00:21:59Another dangerous ball, and Richie is there to restore Portsmouth's lead.
00:22:04And he knows who to thank. Murphy didn't give it up,
00:22:08and then he had the awareness to square it for the second.
00:22:14Headed away by Cordova.
00:22:23And then drilled in at pace, but maybe Hayden can get to it.
00:22:26Penalty!
00:22:27Hayden did get to it, but he had his ankle tapped,
00:22:32and Portsmouth have themselves a penalty.
00:22:38Bishop scores.
00:22:41Norwich one, Portsmouth three.
00:22:44Daylight beginning to develop between themselves and the bottom three.
00:22:49Here's Murphy.
00:22:53Here's Murphy.
00:22:55Well, he might have gone for the near post effort.
00:22:57And then Bishop!
00:22:59Hat-trick!
00:23:00What a day for Bishop!
00:23:03What a day for Pompey!
00:23:05Might this be the win that keeps Portsmouth in the championship.
00:23:13That might be a foul.
00:23:15The referee weighs play on, good advantage.
00:23:17And here comes Stacey round the outside.
00:23:20And Norwich are suddenly back in it again.
00:23:23Sloppy in the end to give the ball away.
00:23:29Here's Oshish.
00:23:31It's a good ball as well.
00:23:32And it's another goal.
00:23:33They have their fifth.
00:23:35Regan Poole up from the back.
00:23:37And Norwich were only briefly back in the hunt.
00:23:41And Portsmouth surely now have ensured a precious three points.
00:23:50Flicked on at the near.
00:23:52And in by Marcondes.
00:23:555-3.
00:23:58It's going to take something Herculean from the bottom three to stop Portsmouth from staying up.
00:24:05Really, really good performance against a really good side.
00:24:08I think Norwich are a great side.
00:24:09And you can tell that by how difficult it was today.
00:24:12But I think we pretty much put everything together today.
00:24:15Disappointed with a couple of the goals, obviously.
00:24:17But if you give yourself that grace and score five, then I suppose you allow yourself a couple of errors at the back.
00:24:28Thompson.
00:24:29Nice touch to take the defender out of the game and set up.
00:24:33Bae Junho.
00:24:34Two in the middle.
00:24:35Back towards Thompson.
00:24:36Methoff!
00:24:37It's a massive moment for Stoke City in their fight for survival.
00:24:42Millie and Manhoff scores the goal that takes them further away from the relegation zone.
00:24:51Here is Manhoff.
00:24:52You fancy him against Hatsuse at the moment.
00:24:55Oh, and it's ended up off the bar.
00:24:57The touch from the defender took it beyond Piers Charles.
00:25:01And only the woodwork stopped Stoke City from making it two.
00:25:08Chamadu.
00:25:08Another of those long throws flicked on by Burger.
00:25:13There is Piers Charles.
00:25:14Oh, and it's clearances ended up in the back of the net!
00:25:18That is absolutely extraordinary!
00:25:22Would you credit it?
00:25:24It's a free goal that gives Stoke City much-needed breathing space in the fight for survival.
00:25:32Lovely ball, Smith.
00:25:37Here's that handball, Smith!
00:25:39Off the post!
00:25:41And there he is again, and he cuts it back to Valery.
00:25:44Jan Valery will get there once more.
00:25:47Still a threat here for Stoke City, and they survive it.
00:25:50The big games just keep on coming after the break, as Coventry City and West Brom try to
00:26:02trip each other up in the race for a top-six finish.
00:26:14Sixth place, Coventry City had the chance to take a big step towards securing their playoff place
00:26:19this afternoon, when they hosted the team directly below them, West Brom.
00:26:23Victory would take Frank Lampard's side, six points clear of the baggies.
00:26:33Hadji Wright.
00:26:35Chief again.
00:26:37To Silva.
00:26:38Patient this from Coventry.
00:26:43Hadji Wright.
00:26:44And it might come for Radoni!
00:26:47It does come for Radoni!
00:26:49Coventry strike early in this huge game.
00:26:58Brilliant, brilliant start.
00:27:01Just settles the nerves massively in this ground.
00:27:05Coventry City's first real attempt on goal, and it ends up in the back of the net.
00:27:09I think Tony Mowbray will be frustrated of how easy it was.
00:27:14And Evike wins the ball and wins the free kick as well in front of the benches.
00:27:27It looks like a yellow card for Callum Styles.
00:27:31Yeah, met with ironic cheers from the Coventry City fans because they feel that they maybe should have had a few more fouls given for them.
00:27:38So much height in this Coventry team, even without Bobby Thomas today.
00:27:44And the header was from Radoni initially.
00:27:47And then Griffiths made a really good save from point-back range.
00:27:53Kitchin it was in the absence of Bobby Thomas causing problems.
00:27:58That's just one of those deep crosses to that far post area.
00:28:03And Madoni again has been arguably the player of the first half so far.
00:28:05Heads it back into the fire of Kitchin.
00:28:07Fire of Kitchin.
00:28:12He's been here before.
00:28:141-0 up this week.
00:28:25Oh, Swift has been dispossessed.
00:28:27This is Grimes!
00:28:29It's 2-0, a horrible error, which sums up West Brom's afternoon so far.
00:28:38Well, Matt Grimes wasn't brought to Coventry to score goals.
00:28:45But he's got two in a week.
00:28:47Coventry looking really good now for the playoffs.
00:28:51A perfect start in the first half, perfect start in the second half for Frank Lampard's side.
00:28:56He's been held there, isn't he, by Styles, who's had a yellow card already.
00:29:09Now, this could get really bad for West Brom.
00:29:11Is he reaching for his pocket?
00:29:13He is.
00:29:16Oh, you didn't think it could get any worse, but it has.
00:29:22Baggies down to ten men.
00:29:23A huge win for Coventry City against their playoff rivals, West Brom and Jalbion.
00:29:40Full-time, Coventry City 2, West Brom 0.
00:29:45Bristol City had the potential to open a seven-point gap over some of their fellow
00:29:52playoff contenders if they could beat Sunderland at a raucous Ashton Gate.
00:29:57All over the top for Wells, and he's got away from 0-9.
00:30:03Trae Hulme across to him, and Wells has gone down.
00:30:06And there could be a problem here for the Sunderland defender.
00:30:09Yes, it's a straight red card for Trae Hulme.
00:30:13Just seven minutes gone, and Sunderland will play the rest of this game with ten men.
00:30:18Thanks to that challenge on Nakey Wells.
00:30:23Williams, Bristol City starting to camp in now, earthy.
00:30:28The pass has gone astray, and here's Meyender who will run it away.
00:30:31He's beaten two men at once there.
00:30:33Eliza Meyender breaking forward from his own half.
00:30:37Zach Viner is the defender, Meyender and still going!
00:30:41What a goal that is!
00:30:43From Eliza Meyender, from his own half.
00:30:46And Sunderland take the lead at Ashton Gate, thanks to one of the goals of the season.
00:30:54More Bristol City pressure.
00:30:56Williams plays it in, and it's cut out and cleared.
00:30:59Only as far as Dickey, who will try one!
00:31:02It's one apiece!
00:31:04Rob Dickey with the equaliser, and finally they make a chance count.
00:31:08The clearance was poor, and Dickey has found the top corner.
00:31:12Bird with the corner there, and it comes towards the back of the penalty area.
00:31:20McCrory hits it first time, and it's hacked off the line.
00:31:22Sunderland are hanging on now, and they just can't keep the ball.
00:31:29Bristol City have it again, earthy.
00:31:32Wells outside it.
00:31:33Here's Mehmeti in space in the penalty area, and they haven't dealt with it.
00:31:38McCrory, and finally they make it count.
00:31:41Bristol City have created chance after chance, and Ross McCrory puts them ahead.
00:31:48It's 2-1.
00:31:50The two big men to be the target.
00:31:55He's lofted where they were, really.
00:31:58Could come inside now.
00:32:00Travis flips it towards the back stick again.
00:32:03It's half-cleared, Dolan gets a touch, and then he was able to turn,
00:32:07but there were just too many shirts in front of him.
00:32:09Now it goes in, and now it's headed in!
00:32:12Dominic Haim!
00:32:14He'd stayed forward, they recycled the set-piece, and Blackburn Rovers lead.
00:32:27Into the penalty area it goes, it's flicked on, and it's in!
00:32:31And it's Ivanovic, a first-time finish.
00:32:34Millwall have struck back straight away.
00:32:41Travis to Dolan.
00:32:45Ribeiro again back to Blackburn's number ten.
00:32:47A little drag over the top of the ball.
00:32:49The shot from Cantwell was blocked, he didn't really catch hold of it.
00:32:52Still the chance is there, and it's in!
00:32:54It's Tonstad from the edge of the penalty area.
00:32:58What a game!
00:32:59It's exploded into life at the end of this first half.
00:33:07And the attack, it's Hedges, and he plays it inside to Cantwell,
00:33:11who moves it on to Ahashi, who rolls it into the feet of Britton,
00:33:14who carries on his run and scores.
00:33:17What a break by Blackburn Rovers, what a return to action for Callum Britton.
00:33:22There's a mistake, that gives Blackburn possession, and it's cut back to the edge of the box.
00:33:32Oh, what a strike, what a goal!
00:33:34It's Tonstad again!
00:33:36Well, he waited so long for his first goal in the championship, that he's waited a matter of minutes for his second.
00:33:42Lots of targets in the middle, once again, they don't do what we expect.
00:33:48Brady, what a cross that is to the back post, free header, 1-0 Preston.
00:33:53Neil Preston, Liam Lindsay with a free header, eight yards out.
00:33:57Second ball being won by QPR consistently at the moment.
00:34:01Anderson, loops on into the middle, Dunn will attack it, it's glanced on, it's Michael Frey!
00:34:07Finds the equaliser!
00:34:14Colback gets the second ball, but can only give it away as Frockyar gives it away.
00:34:18Lucas Anderson shoots for goal, finds the top corner!
00:34:23What a hit from Lucas Anderson!
00:34:26If you're going to win it in the last minute, that is how you do it.
00:34:30We'll bring you the championship table after our highlights of Oxford against Leeds,
00:34:38a little later on in the show.
00:34:40League One comes after the break, including a celebratory day at St Andrews,
00:34:44as Birmingham City return home as champions.
00:34:47A single point separated Wrexham and Wickham in their fight for that final automatic promotion place
00:35:03in League One. We'll start with the world side who hosted relegation candidates, Bristol Rovers.
00:35:08Oh, Matten in! And Bristol Rovers have the lead!
00:35:17Taylor Moore's first goal for the football club, and what a moment that could be at both ends of the table.
00:35:24Elliot Lee, trapped all the way by Soyuz, Longman again, Dobson went up for it,
00:35:31Matty James, shots of handball, and the ball is in the net!
00:35:36And Wrexham are back level!
00:35:40Must be one from the training ground that reeks a rich reward when it matters most.
00:35:44There's a lot going on in the middle, which is where Leighy sends it.
00:35:49And headed in! Caleb Taylor up from the back!
00:35:52Their match-winner right at the end, last weekend, has come up with another huge goal!
00:35:59This is Lubano, who will head for the corner flag, and try and stay there for as long as he can.
00:36:04Wrexham helping him out, and that didn't actually go out of play, I don't think.
00:36:07Wrexham able to pick up the pieces, Scallon squares it, some 10 for 2-0 right at the end,
00:36:14by Leighy, and they are daring to dream again of automatic promotion.
00:36:20I said it in the last game, there's going to be plenty of twists and turns here,
00:36:23and what we've got to do is, you know, the group were incredible in there,
00:36:26when I addressed them in terms of, you know, we're only as good as the next game,
00:36:30so Monday is a massive game for us, and we'll do what we've been doing in previous weeks,
00:36:36we'll be hard to play against, and hopefully put the ball in the back of the net in the other end.
00:36:44Plenty of pushing and shoving. Norwood's ball in, Hills was there,
00:36:49Plenty was being pulled back, given away to Bailey, but one back by Mothersilk,
00:36:54and now the counter-attack may be on, Pye has to deal with it,
00:36:57and Pye doesn't get there, and Ricky Jay Jones is in behind,
00:37:01and Peterborough lead, a week on from cup final glory,
00:37:06and the feel-good factor might be back in town.
00:37:17Moxon passed up the chance to strike, here's Diamond, he doesn't, and he scores!
00:37:21It's a glorious goal in stoppage time!
00:37:30Small, Andy Godden, who's got Campbell in the middle,
00:37:34and there's Berry, 1-0 Charlton, beautifully taken by Luke Berry.
00:37:40Terry Roberts, back to Fosu, Charlton struggling to clear,
00:37:50McKeon couldn't quite get there, now was that handball?
00:37:53Yes it was, it's a penalty to Northampton.
00:37:57Dara Costello, up against Will Mannion.
00:38:03Costello, scores, and the Charlton athletic lead lasted just six minutes.
00:38:09A nerveless penalty from the Irish striker.
00:38:12Oh, good header, it's Godden, it's 2-1 Charlton.
00:38:20Denied by the crossbar, a moment or two ago, this time Godden makes his point.
00:38:32It's a good ball in, the wing was in there, and it's looping and tipped just past the post by Wicked.
00:38:38Well, the goalkeeper had full stretched there.
00:38:42I think it's ball in, and a free header, and into the back of the net.
00:38:49He's been on the pitch for a matter of seconds.
00:38:52James Collins with goal number eight of the season.
00:39:00Barnsley corner, deep into the Leyton Orient penalty area, has he gone over the line?
00:39:05It has.
00:39:08Barnsley have taken the lead, Humphreys is going to claim it.
00:39:12Here's Kayla Dunn.
00:39:19That'll be headed across the penalty area, Humphreys is there, and Barnsley have doubled their lead.
00:39:26Galbraith.
00:39:29Lovely ball in to Donnelly, can he make something of this?
00:39:31Galbraith is inside of him, gets the shot, oh, and it's in.
00:39:34Leyton Orient back in this.
00:39:37And it's the full-back, Ethan Galbraith.
00:39:44Barnsley on the attack here, opportunity, and they've scored through Keilor Dan.
00:39:48And just when Leyton Orient thought they were on path to a comeback, a sucker punch.
00:39:57Ajay takes this under control and charges forward, plays the ball inside, it's a good one.
00:40:02Donnelly's ball across the face of goal, turned in at the far post by guess who?
00:40:06Kelman, of course.
00:40:10Phillips.
00:40:12That's given away to Donnelly.
00:40:15Into the channel for Kelman.
00:40:17Making his way towards the Barnsley penalty area.
00:40:19Kelman inside, opportunity for Claire, who scores!
00:40:24And Leyton Orient are back on level terms!
00:40:30Browns corner into the penalty area.
00:40:33It'll come to Beckles, it's gone in!
00:40:37Leyton Orient have turned this game on its head!
00:40:40They looked dead and buried a 3-1, and they're now 4-3 up!
00:40:45Unbelievable scenes inside Brisbane Road!
00:40:50It could be judgement day for a couple of clubs in League One.
00:40:53With Shrewsbury Town and Cambridge United both in danger of rubber stamping relegation.
00:41:01It is now all about looking ahead, and how very different things may look here come August.
00:41:09Das Samoa breaks through now, Dale's in the box, he finds him, and Wigan Athletic leads!
00:41:15All play through for Haaland, it was a heavy touch, and it might let them in here, but Stewart kept out.
00:41:26Well, for Shrewsbury Town relegation was already confirmed ahead of this game.
00:41:34For Michael Appleton, it's all about clarity from here on in.
00:41:40His future, the club's future, and then building ahead of next season in League Two.
00:41:48Not a day for frills or risks. Caldwell should be very proud of his own tenure here.
00:41:58Now the first opportunity. Crokem's a little slow, the goalkeeper.
00:42:02Oh, what a goal line clearance that was, as Wachs broke free immediately.
00:42:08Here's Francis, showing a willingness to play as best they can in these conditions.
00:42:12Exeter, and that's very nice again. Watts, great build-up play.
00:42:17Would have been a terrific goal, finished off by Macmillan, but he couldn't finish it off.
00:42:21And Crokem really did play his part that time, the Burton goalkeeper.
00:42:30They've come a long way from Cambridge to West Yorkshire.
00:42:34They might have something to cheer here. Ballard with the cross into the middle.
00:42:38The Huddersfield defenders getting in each other's way.
00:42:41Oh, what a goal that is! It is a stun-up from James Brophy.
00:42:51Evans with the ball in. It's headed away by Morrison.
00:42:55Oh, it's going to drop. Surely!
00:42:58Oh, Huddersfield have found an equaliser. Josh Karoma.
00:43:08Sorensen's header clear, only as far as Stokes.
00:43:12Stokes, Stokes out to Brophy. Can he repeat the trick?
00:43:16Kaikai! Incredible!
00:43:19Sule Kaikai with an added time goal, and Cambridge are right back in front.
00:43:25Well, there's no doubt the best team won at Wembley last weekend, but in the league,
00:43:33there is no doubt as to who has been the best, and we are watching them here.
00:43:38Iwata. Oh, it's a lovely ball, and Stansfield is in!
00:43:42And it's the first save of the afternoon for young Toby Stewart.
00:43:46Stansfield's on his bike again, and hits the post.
00:44:02Alsop playing himself into trouble, and it opens up for Hepburn Murphy,
00:44:07and he's failed to punish them.
00:44:10They may not get a better opportunity than this.
00:44:20Wright's caught by Evans, but the referee plays on, and Abta scores!
00:44:25No complaints by Stevenage, the tackle was fair.
00:44:33Fletcher is going to find Abta again!
00:44:35It's two!
00:44:45Sweeney shrugs off Ennis, but Fletcher intervenes.
00:44:49He's got two men to aim at.
00:44:51Ashley Fletcher, Sonny Carey, but it's nicked off of him by Rob Abta!
00:44:56It's a hat-trick!
00:44:57And there is the lifeline!
00:45:05Piergiani with the header, brilliant ball!
00:45:08Fine finish as well from the centre-half.
00:45:10This is Aikin's tidy lay-off as well.
00:45:18Horn the deflection, it's in!
00:45:20George Maris, back on the team sheet, back on the score sheet.
00:45:29Rafferty, to the feet of Mpanzu.
00:45:32I've thought about having a go, perhaps, Malik Wilks will!
00:45:37Oh, look at that!
00:45:39That is a stunner!
00:45:42Here's Wilks and Nombe!
00:45:53One striker to the other.
00:45:54Wilks, who often leads the charge on the break.
00:45:59Chased all the way by Vickers, who can't get close to him.
00:46:02Nombe galloping on as well.
00:46:05Wilks goes on his own!
00:46:07A counter-attack of real quality!
00:46:13Wotherham United just trying to keep Mansfield Town at arm's length here.
00:46:20Flint rising.
00:46:23Drops to Bacchus.
00:46:26Helped in towards Cargill and Flint!
00:46:31Aidan Flint from the bench, hauls Mansfield Town back into proceedings.
00:46:36Wicham took a big step towards joining champions Birmingham in the Championship next season.
00:47:00The Chairboys leapfrog Wrexham into second after their victory and the Welsh-sized draw.
00:47:05Charlton booked at least a play-off spot.
00:47:07Leighton Orient replaced Reading in the top six.
00:47:10Commiserations to Shrewsbury, who were relegated today.
00:47:14Crawley and Cambridge picked up positive results to keep their own survival hopes alive.
00:47:19Bristol Rovers ended their six-match losing run,
00:47:21but remain in the relegation zone on goal difference behind Burton.
00:47:27All the key events from League Two after the break, including title contenders,
00:47:32relegation fighters and another fresh start at MK Doms.
00:47:45League Two started on Thursday night with Bradford City taking on Notts County.
00:47:49The Bantams had the chance to put last weekend's hectic defeat at Swindon behind them and return
00:47:54to the summit for 24 hours at least.
00:47:56And here's Jatta now.
00:48:04Down he goes and McGoldrick hits it!
00:48:07All of a sudden, it was there for Notts County.
00:48:10Things are starting to kick together for those in purple tonight.
00:48:16Albeit so far without the flourish in front of goal, maybe that'll come at the other end.
00:48:20Here come Bradford City, it's a terrific hit!
00:48:23And a really good save from Sam Slocum to deny Bobby Poynton.
00:48:32Fired into the middle, there's the touch, there's the goal!
00:48:37Kieran Kelly, a goal that could prove priceless in the coming weeks.
00:48:45Abbott for McGoldrick.
00:48:46So Bradford's draw meant that Port Vale could extend their lead at the top.
00:49:05Darymore's men travelled to an informed Carlisle side, battling for their EFL status.
00:49:16Searay intercepts, now onto Jordan Kelly with an opportunity, and he takes it!
00:49:24From the number nine into the penalty area for Searay.
00:49:26Touching it to one go off the post, and then Downis puts it in!
00:49:34Whelan's ball in, who's going to get there?
00:49:37Headed on by Aaron Hayden!
00:49:39Forward by Crowsdown, Tolley on the gallop, sending it in towards Garrity,
00:49:47touched on Stockley, and in!
00:49:51On now to Clarke, inside the penalty area, across it goes of Ellis, Tolley.
00:49:57Blocked by Hayden, into Hart, brilliantly saved by Breeze, into Hart, 3-2!
00:50:02Back now with Sam Hart, nice play on the near side, in towards Stockley,
00:50:10Thomas can't clear, was there a high foot? Penalty given!
00:50:19Tolley is denied by Gay Breeze!
00:50:22What a huge save from a Carlisle keeper!
00:50:26Three wins on the spin for Carlisle!
00:50:30In the end, we're thankful for a fantastic save from Gabe to keep it at 3-2,
00:50:35but overall, I think, fantastic atmosphere here again, and yeah, great game.
00:50:45And here's a great chance, Barrett for Walsall, across the face of goal,
00:50:49and into the back of the net, and Walsall lead!
00:50:55Here's a good shot coming in, and it's off the post.
00:50:57Well, that's easily the closest Harrigan have come in, and they've nearly got another gun,
00:51:01another chance, and this time it is in! Extraordinary!
00:51:08This is a really good ball in, whipped in again, and it's hit the post.
00:51:11Somehow it stays out.
00:51:12It's gonna go to the outside of the area,
00:51:20side for the back in and into the back of the net, and Harrigan's out, new lead!
00:51:26Tipping it in, here's Matt with the chest down,
00:51:29Sturk nicely worked, Gordon with the shots, and it's 2-2!
00:51:32They've done it!
00:51:43Well, it's seven minutes gone, and Camille fans rise as one.
00:51:48After the very sad news this morning, the former midfielder, Joe Thompson,
00:51:52had passed away at the age of just 36.
00:51:59Hoisted into a great area, and it goes all the way through!
00:52:03Doncaster Rovers in front at the midpoint in this first half.
00:52:09Head forward by Crewe, and they're in here with Streets,
00:52:12who goes down, and it's a penalty!
00:52:16Molyneux takes a sideways run-up, he strikes and rolls it down the middle.
00:52:20Touched on, claims of handball, oh, it's off the bar!
00:52:32Streets has made the run, he receives it as well.
00:52:35The cutback is on to Kelly, he's got to finish, it's saved!
00:52:39But the rebound in, and it's a Molyneux hat-trick!
00:52:51So run forward here, into Pebble again, banks in support,
00:52:54Pebble turns and gets the shot away, but into the post behind the goal.
00:53:05All the way through, ball bouncing around, the header from Pugil!
00:53:11Wimbledon 0, Chesterfield 0.
00:53:21Cottrell here on the attack, and it's not for Nicholls!
00:53:241-0 Swindon!
00:53:27Kirkman, all-wheel right.
00:53:30It's right, and it's a good free kick in, and headed in!
00:53:35Ollie Clarke with the goal!
00:53:39Glatzel, Smith's in the middle, Harry Smith and Schmanger!
00:53:44Makes it 3-0 to Swindon, and that was just too easy!
00:53:50Glatzel, onto Soboale, Soboale's shot, and at the back post is Botan Amin,
00:53:58who gets his first goal for the club.
00:54:08Another collision and another, really strong defending,
00:54:11and then a coming together with Owen Lunt.
00:54:16Let's take a look at what happened here, it was a robust challenge,
00:54:19now then, did Owen Lunt kick out at Flanagan?
00:54:23It looked like he did.
00:54:26Owen Lunt is off.
00:54:37Now then, appeals for a penalty, it's given!
00:54:40Incredible!
00:54:42Late drama in Essex.
00:54:44Penalty for Colchester United.
00:54:48Saved! Incredibly!
00:54:50It's a dreadful penalty.
00:54:55Edwards has got Iandolo outside in.
00:54:58Iandolo, that's a good-looking delivery, what a chance!
00:55:02That was it!
00:55:03Oh, Tovide was arriving!
00:55:06What a cross that was from the left-back!
00:55:12Paul Warnes says the potential of his new MK Dons team is limitless.
00:55:17First on the to-do list was ending a four-game losing streak.
00:55:20Not only had MK Dons lost their last four, they'd failed to score in their last three,
00:55:26and their frustrations in front of goal looked set to continue in the first half against Newport.
00:55:31Connor Lemonhay Evans' cross-come shots was just about kept out by Nick Townsend in the visitors' goal.
00:55:37A win for Paul Warnes' men would have made them almost certainly safe from relegation,
00:55:42and Lemonhay Evans was doing as much as anyone to try to make that happen.
00:55:46This run combined skill, determination, but not quite the finish that would have earned them the three points.
00:55:52Another blank for the Dons, while Newport are without a win in six.
00:55:58It's become a question of when rather than if in Morecambe's relegation fight,
00:56:02and with the second half just a few minutes old at Bromley, things began to go awry here.
00:56:07David Tutonda booked for his challenge on Dani Imre.
00:56:10The EFL's leading scorer, Michael Cheek, relishing his chance to rifle home.
00:56:15Goal number 22 in a formidable scoring season.
00:56:19Morecambe tried to rally, Lee Angol fed Andrew Dallas,
00:56:23but he was frustrated by Grant Smith's fine save.
00:56:27It was about as good as it got for Derek Adams' side.
00:56:32Midway through the second half, Tutonda was in the thick of things again.
00:56:36A difference of opinion with officialdom, and a premature end to his afternoon.
00:56:41It didn't exactly help his team's cause. A tenth consecutive away league defeat,
00:56:46though their surely inevitable relegation only delayed for now.
00:56:56Accrington travelled to Salford knowing a win would take them a long way towards League 2 survival.
00:57:01Ben Wood's free kick came close to giving them a first half lead.
00:57:07Sheltering from the rain, Salford boss Carl Robinson directed operations via phone.
00:57:12Maybe the message wasn't quite getting through.
00:57:15His team fell behind on 36 minutes.
00:57:18Tyler Walton teased the Salford defence.
00:57:20Sean Wally got enough on his header to notch his ninth goal of the season.
00:57:25Having hit the post with his free kick in the first half,
00:57:30Accrington's Woods lined another one up in the second, and this time his aim was perfect.
00:57:37Two and two for him, a goal that will have impressed even the toughest of audiences.
00:57:43Having conceded three late goals to draw last week, Accrington knew the job was not yet done,
00:57:49and nerves will have been jangling again when Ben Ward fouled Hakib Adelikun in the box to concede a penalty.
00:57:58Adelikun took the kick himself to pull it back to 2-1,
00:58:03but Accrington held on to end Salford's sixth game unbeaten run.
00:58:12Even at this stage of the season they can't all be classics. 13th hosting 15th the kickoff,
00:58:17neither side going up or down, and on the whole the entertainment was strictly mid-table too.
00:58:22Danny Mayer did curl one against the post for Fleetwood,
00:58:25but Barrow's first ever league visit to Highbury Stadium refused to become memorable.
00:58:30The Bluebirds were aiming to make it three league wins in a row for the first time in 16 months,
00:58:34but Aaron Presley scooped their best chance wide,
00:58:38and after that the game meandered to its predictable conclusion.
00:58:41Here two sides sat side by side in the League Two table, keen to kick on to a positive campaign finish,
00:58:52and it was Gillingham who set down the early marker just two minutes in. Chelsea low need,
00:58:56Jimmy J Morgan lifting Kentish spirits.
00:59:01Cheltenham had ended a four-match barren run with victory at Crewe last time out,
00:59:05and they dusted themselves down after that early setback here. Sam Stubbs squeezing home his second
00:59:11goal of the season to level it 20 minutes later. Gillingham thought they'd retaken the lead when Sam
00:59:17Gale bundled the ball in, but it was ruled out to take the wind out of Gale's sails. It finished all square,
00:59:24Cheltenham have now failed to win any of their last six at home. Gillingham winless in their last 13 away,
00:59:30but the glass half falls still unbeaten under Gareth Ainsworth. Port Vale stay top despite defeat.
00:59:39Doncaster jump up to second with Bradford dropping to third. Former runaway leaders Walsall are now in
00:59:45the play-off spots. However, just three points separate the top four. Colchester's point was
00:59:50enough to replace Grimsby in seventh. Morecambe's 27th defeat leaves them eight points from safety,
00:59:57with three games left and they could be relegated on Monday. Carlisle's third win on the bounce keeps
01:00:02their own hopes alive. The Cumbrians are now four points behind Tranmere after beating the league
01:00:08leaders. It's back to the Championship after the break, with highlights of the day's late kick-off
01:00:13between Oxford United and Leeds.
01:00:15The Kassam was the setting for today's late kick-off in the Championship. Leeds United's new victory
01:00:31would take them back to the top of the table. Meanwhile, the hosts were hoping to extend their
01:00:35buffer to the bottom three. Matos winning that from Tanaka.
01:00:47And now Tyler Goodrum. Potential here for Branigan. And Darlow has to beat it away.
01:00:54And it escapes the clutches of Pujeta on the follow-up. It's a fairly solid save from Darlow.
01:01:02If he kind of pats the ball down, Pujeta has a tap-in. The parry has enough power on it
01:01:06to take it out of the reach of Pujeta.
01:01:11If Leeds have their way, it'll be a wearying night for Oxford. Thiru has found Brendan Aronson!
01:01:17And it's Cummings' turn to produce some important work and Junior Firpo letting Oxford off the hook as well.
01:01:24I think for Jamie Cummings, he's got his position right. He kind of knows that ball is going to go to
01:01:28his right across his body. And it's close enough for him to get a good right hand on it.
01:01:32Bogle whip making a penetrative run here. And it has to be for Solomon!
01:01:48And Leeds United move a step closer!
01:01:58Bogle made the incisive run.
01:02:02And provided the delivery, Manor Solomon did the rest. Leeds United lead!
01:02:07Sam Long just peeling off.
01:02:20Falls to Vox.
01:02:24Pujeta hit it.
01:02:25And thundered away. There's a chance for Bogle. It sits up really nicely for him.
01:02:33There's maybe too many players in between him and Carl Darlow.
01:02:37Well, keen for any vantage point.
01:02:46The unique open side.
01:02:50It's occasionally been filled by a temporary stand for the big grudge match with Swindon Town here.
01:02:57It's a particularly distinctive arena.
01:03:01It's Bogle making strides. Aronson with a lovely touch. Helic with a vital challenge.
01:03:07And Bogle whips it wide.
01:03:10It's a real opportunity for Bogle and Leeds to kill the game off.
01:03:16Here's Tanaka.
01:03:21Solomon able to pick it up.
01:03:26And able to play in a teasing delivery which needed defending.
01:03:31And Joe Bennett was able to do that.
01:03:33But given away to Junior Firpo.
01:03:40Jamie Cumming knows this ball. He's going over the crossbar.
01:03:42Pulls his gloves out of the way.
01:03:52Nonto.
01:03:52Solomon.
01:03:59Junior Firpo flying up. He'll pull it back for Willy Nonto.
01:04:04A touch of hope and pray for coming. Or was he happy this was always going wide?
01:04:09Looking to whip that ball into the keeper's top right-hand corner.
01:04:12Could have been some goal.
01:04:14Helic to hoist it forward.
01:04:15Schmidt finding Aronson. Found him really well as well.
01:04:22Helic potentially into trouble. Junior Firpo.
01:04:25Brannigan gifts it to Tanaka who can hit him.
01:04:31Oh and he's unlucky. He is unlucky.
01:04:38He is so unlucky. I just wonder if they're coming. Does he possibly get a touch on this?
01:04:41This angle will give us a better view.
01:04:44I think the keeper does get a finger on it. Turns it onto the post.
01:04:51Well more about grit than guile.
01:04:53But Daniel Farker's team are on the brink.
01:05:00There could be a promotion party on Monday.
01:05:04Manor Solomon securing their third successive win.
01:05:08The final score at the Kassam Stadium. Oxford United nil.
01:05:12Leeds United, the championship leaders again, won.
01:05:17If you're a league leader and you win your game, then it's always your game day.
01:05:21But we have to stay focused. Of course, we are happy with our result today.
01:05:25Especially also happy with the clean sheet. But we also know that the job is not done yet.
01:05:29This league is crazy and crazy things can happen. And for that, we have to stay on it.
01:05:34We have each every point. You have to fight in this league for each every point.
01:05:37And also the upcoming tasks are also difficult. So we have to keep going.
01:05:42Leeds and Burnley maintain their five-point lead on Shefford United with all three winning.
01:05:47The automatic promotion race could be decided on Monday with the Blades' visit to Turf Moor.
01:05:52Bristol City and Coventry are a step closer to securing playoff places after victories.
01:05:58However, Middlesbrough kept themselves in the hunt with their late win.
01:06:02Luton were the only side in the bottom five going into today to win.
01:06:06The other four teams all lost. Derby stay above the dreaded dotted line on goal difference from
01:06:12the Hatters with just three points separating the bottom four. Stoke and Portsmouth look set
01:06:17for survival after important wins. Our EFL Easter extravaganza continues in three days' time with
01:06:25highlights from nine o'clock on ITV4. And remember to watch our live coverage of Burnley
01:06:30against Shefford United from 5pm on ITV1 earlier in the day.
01:06:37Well, it was a very good Friday for Burnley here at Vicarage Road who could secure promotion
01:06:41on Easter Monday. We'll see you then. Bye for now.
01:06:48Flatter whips it in. Great ball in. And Watford have taken the lead.
01:06:53Kayambe lies up goal off the crossbar. And I think James Trapp have got a touch to it.
01:06:58Fleming waiting in middle. Fleming's at a Burnley level. Hannibal back across goal. And it's Josh
01:07:05Brownhill to turn this game around. A significant stride towards the Premier League for Scott Parker's Burnley.
