00:00I'm Chief Operating Officer at the Time Tunnels. My responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day
00:04operations of the business and make sure that we implement our strategic plans and to make
00:09sure that we're providing value to the North East. The main purpose of TD2 in the Time Tunnels is to
00:13make sure that we can provide that service and that infrastructure to the North East to make
00:17sure people can have social mobility, be able to access leisure, jobs and wider access to the whole
00:27region. It's basically what we have for you. So it's not obviously just two tunnels on the United
00:30Lane, there's a lot more that goes through what goes into maintaining and operating the Time Tunnels?
00:35I just say it's a lot more than just two tunnels, it's the ability to make sure people can connect
00:41around the region, access to jobs, to leisure and it takes a lot to do that. We have to be able to
00:47respond to any instances to make sure that we provide a consistent and reliable service to the
00:51region. Now obviously you guys, it's not just operating roads, you guys also help various
00:56different community groups and stuff in the region and we've talked a little bit through
00:58that as well and what that TD2 does across communities across the North East.
01:01Yes again, it comes back down to our vision and our purpose is to make sure that we can provide
01:06value to the region and at any point we can actually help and contribute to the region is
01:11something we always want to be doing. We do a heavy amount of work with initiatives around the
01:16region to try and make a difference within our CSR programmes.
